Chapter 42: Apology for Her

But who is "she?" Yoona-

"There she is, the one of my dreams." Xiumin said as Yoona approached him from the halls in the hospital.

Time: 9am

Yoona looked downwards and continued walking as if she didn't even see him. She was tired and was only there to see her boyfriend, Luhan. In fact, she almost didn't recognized Xiumin enough to say "hi".

But as they were about to pass each other in the narrow white halls, Xiumin had sudden feelings, and he wanted to act on them before it was too late.

"Yoona!" He said in a hasty manner.

"Huh?" She replied, looking up warmly. "Oh, you. Xiumin, right? How are you this morning?"

"...Um, good. I always wanted to talk with you...But" I was always to shy too.

"Eh? About what?" She asked back in sheer confusion.

"My feelings, but Luhan was always with you..."

"Say what now? What are these feelings?"

"Yoona, I....." Liked you first, he wanted to say, but could not. Xiumin knew in his big heart, that him and Yoona where meant to be together forever, and surely believed he had dibs, but Yoona never got the chance to know him. He was "madly in love" with Yoona since he laid eyes on her, but it was all a fairy tail to him though. Besides, Luhan was - without a doubt - his best friend, and he cared more about his happiness then he did about his own feelings. Lol, I'm kidding

"Um, yeah. Are you going to see Luhan too?" She asked back, feeling he was wasting her time slightly.

"OH! Not quite, I just got back from his hospital room. Ten minutes ago."

"How is he doing?"

"He still looked a little white in the face, but I'd say he looked better today. I can't wait until he gets out!"

"You’re telling me! We never have time for each other. I mean, I spend a lot of time with Luhan (a year ago) when he hated me, but as he began treating me like a actual girlfriend, there was(is) always something getting in the way...I don't really like it." Yoona blurted out unintentionally. She frowned slightly and looked down. Clearly, the tension that was always there between her and Luhan hurt her to the core. "Sorry, that was a little too much information."  

"Nono, I totally understand you." Xiumin replied amicably. "Though Luhan have been chased by other women pretty much all his life, I've never seen him so happy with a girl. I'm sure he has been very kind to you, now that he isn't running from his feelings. But, relax. When he does get out of the hosptial, you two will be together. With lots to look forward to."

"I hope so. Thank you, Xiumin."

"And who knows, maybe there will be wedding bells ringing and little deer babies running around."

"..." Yoona just blushed.

"I'm going to be a uncle! Haha, just kidding -- but seriously, have you two thought about having kidz?"

"Um....I don't know what is going on in Luhan's head, but I have not thought about it yet...Its so sudden.."

"Thats weird. Somehow, I feel you two slept together already."

"......."

"Who knows, maybe you are carrying his children right now."

"...."

"And even if you aren't, when he gets out of the hosptial, I'll make sure of it."

"I will remind him how you looked really voluptuous in that mauve pink dress; it was on one of you guys last concerts together and he was looking downwards at you that day. Haha, it was so funny!
