EXO Planet is a planet which lies some light years beyond Pluto. It was a very peaceful planet ruled by twelve powerful and mystical forces: the Frost, the Mind, the Flight, the Water, the Healing, the Light, the Lightning, the Fire, the Earth, the Time, the Space, and the Wind. Each of them had their own role to play with regards the existence of EXO Planet and they all co-existed harmoniously with each other. These are why those in EXO Planet could not ask for a better habitat.

However, after millions of years of pure peace and harmony, the sky started to turn red. Seeing this, the twelve forces immediately feared for the Tree of Life. It is the heart of EXO Planet and it is where the twelve forces get their powers from. Without it, everything will be dark and dreary.

Days passed by and the twelve forces get more and more weary. The sky slowly turns to bright red and the Tree of Life slowly starts to dry. The citizens of EXO Planet also noticed this and they started to panic as well.

“What should we do about this?” Earth asked.

“The Tree of Life is getting drier and drier every day. Soon, all the leaves are going to fall out.” Wind said in concern. Mind sighed and looked at Water.

“Both Light and I have done our best, but the Tree of Life continues on dying,” Water said. Light nodded.

“More and more citizens are getting sick every day and I fear that I may not be able to cure them all if their number increases more.” Unicorn stated.

“This isn’t normal. EXO Planet is supposed to be peaceful. We have never failed at our job. What is happening?” Space wondered.

Their thoughts were interrupted when they suddenly heard a loud growl from the skies.

“Stop it!” Frost said to Lightning.

“I’m not doing anything,” Lightning defended.

“Then what was that?” Dragon asked.

All twelve of them looked outside to see what the source of the commotion was. Most of the citizens of EXO Planet are outside as well.

“Look at the Tree of Life!” One citizen shrieked.

All were shocked at what they saw. A vast red smoke was covering the Tree and slowly it started to wither. It took a few moments for the red smoke to the life out of the Tree of Life.

Fearing for the worst, the twelve legends rushed towards the Tree of Life.

“This is drastic,” Phoenix said.

“What should we do? We can’t let it die,” Unicorn said while touching the Tree all over trying to heal it. They were all thinking of ways to save it when they suddenly heard a coarse laugh from the sky.

“Stupid citizens of EXO Planet,” the voice laughs. It was a vast red smoke and it covered the sky. “The Tree of Life will die and all of you will surrender to us. Your twelve forces cannot do anything.”

The citizens gasped and focused their attention to the Tree of Life and then to the twelve forces.

“We have to do something,” Space suggested. They then looked at Mind who tried to focus his thoughts to the Tree of Life.

“We are going to have to split the heart of the Tree of Life in half,” he said. All eyes and ear were on him now. “We have to protect the Tree of Life and to do that, we have to save at least the heart. We’ll split the heart into two and send them out to the universe. In due time, they will meet and they’ll purify EXO Planet once again,” he finished while looking at Time.

“I think I can do that,” Tine said and all the others agreed with the plan.

Mind then split the Tree of Life and took the heart and split it into half as well. Frost, Mind, Dragon, Unicorn, Lightning, and Time put a bit of their forces in the one half and Water, Light, Phoenix, Earth, Space, and Wind put theirs in the other. Mind sealed each halves and readied them for the trip out of EXO Planet.

“Where will we scatter them?” Wind asked out of curiosity.

“That’s right, because as far as I know EXO Planet is the only planet possible for existence,” Frost said.

“There’s another one,” Mind’s staunchness answered.

“What?” Dragon asked.

“Earth,” and with that, Mind let the two halves float and sent them off to Earth.

“They shall see the same sky but stand on different grounds; shall stand on the same ground but shall see different skies. The day the ground beget a single file before one sky in two worlds that seem alike, they will meet each other. As they greet each other, in due time, they shall discover their abilities and use it for better good and come back to EXO Planet to save it from the cruel evil forces that lurks within. They will purify the planet and they will be reunited to form one perfect root. And with that, a new world shall open up.”

Mind then sent the two halves of the heart of the Tree of Life to Earth.
