> the pilots vary in many given aspects including speed, so be patient, understand, and do not compare your waiting time with the other guests.
> changing of flights are prohibited unless the pilot declines your request.
> if you wish to book a flight and choose a pilot, please see their fortes and weaknesses first (fortes are placed in order of most preferred up to less preferred).
> once a flight is closed, you are not allowed to choose that flight. if you made a mistake with this, we will contact you.
