Legend says that a special academy called Winter Breeze Academy (W.B.A.) was built by the government itself ever since the world war started, gathering only special people who are suitable enough for the academy. It was also said that you can only find this academy if you are special enough to be chosen by it. Was this just a fun 'urban legend' or is W.B.A. real? People tried to search for it but no traces were found, until it was clearly forgotten and it stayed as an Urban Legend.
But to this day forth, it still exists. Will you care to join?
