For years the younger generation became more and more defiant to authority. It all escalated the day of September 10th when all those who attended university or any kind of school rebelled. This uprising shook society and made it painfully obvious to the government and school officials that something needed to be done to control the children. Hopeless parents had no choice but to agree with the government's terms and turn over their children for punishment. No one knows what happened to these poor children.

For 101 years scientists have been trying to discover a concoction to sedate the will of younger people. Now they have finally created a drug that prevents such thoughts while promoting expansion of the mind. The drug has been tested at the expense of the students of the day. Since the rebellion, there have been no uprisings. The government has fully taken over the education system. Technology has enhanced the human race. Enhanced by the recent growth in technology, younger people have grown to be smarter than ever before. This was not taken into account by the creaters of the original drug who have long been dead. The government seems to think that they can push the younger generation around without consequence, but boy are they wrong.

*School information:
Classrooms are kept small for constant fear of rebellion. All subjects are taught by one teacher. Three to ten guards are present in a classroom at one time. Classes are ranked by skill level, age group, and years of schooling. The doses of the drug ingested by each student changes depending on the defiance level of each student and class. Dorms are shared by two to four people. They are assigned to students by the dean of their school. The school consists of everything the students will need, giving the children no need to return to their families until after schooling.

Many of the previous drugees go on to work for the government and schooling system. To them, the process if perfectly logical and results in a peaceful and orderly society.

Those who had never been taken by the government. They generally come from poor or homeless families that officials failed to recognize had children. The government is aware of their existance, though no rogues have ever been found or captured.
