NOTE: THE UNDERLINED STUFF IS SAID IN ENGLISH
–
“TaeKyungHyung!” ShinWoo hissed into his cell, irritated. “HeYi’s been waiting fifteen minutes, and Jeremy and I have been here hiding for twenty-five! Where are you!”
“Don’t be so impatient!” TaeKyung hissed back, defensively. “MiNam’s transformation… Took a little longer than I thought it would. We’re only a moment or two away, if she tries leaving cover for us. Thanks!” TaeKyung cried, ended the call, and ShinWoo kept himself from throwing their cell at the wall.
“Hyung… Can we leave now?”Jeremy asked, clinging to him.
The boy was never very socially intelligent. Being a columnist, his career didn’t involve going out and meeting other people, so he just didn’t. So suddenly being out in a crowded bar in the middle of the night with half-covered woman throwing themselves at him and his adorable face… That was a bit scarring. ShinWoo just rolled his eyes, and tried shaking the younger off his arm.
“Jeremy, you’re 21. Don’t go all innocent two-year-old on me.” ShinWoo complained, and Jeremy just clung on closer.
“But Hyung~~~~~~~~ it’s cold and there’s scary people…” He replied, and ShinWoo just gave up and waited for his phone to vibrate again. A few minutes later, it finally did and he glanced at the screen.
We’re here. It read, and since it was an unknown number it was probably MiNam. He quickly saved it to his contacts and motioned The bartender. He nodded, and Jeremy noticed. Made his way to the exit and slid behind the door and behind the bar. ShinWoo nodded, everything was in position.
–
“So, what else is there? We try to make him look hot, and then what?” ShinWoo questioned, after they’d got home from Etude House and were collapsed in TaeKyung’s living room.
“No, we should completely his transformation. It has to be… Spectacular. We should go for a concept, what do you have in mind?” Jeremy replied, turning to TaeKyung.
“Hm… Something that will really catch HeYi’s eye!” TaeKyung started, crossing his legs and leaning back.
“Athletic? Woman like strong men, right” ShinWoo offered, but MiNam shook his head.
“I don’t think…” He faded off, waving his arms around. ShinWoo took note of his stick-like arms and just nodded in agreement.
“A Casanova?” Jeremy thought. “They’re sexy, aren’t they? And very club-appropriate.”
“I don’t think that acting like someone who sleeps around is going to-” ShinWoo started, but TaeKyung jumped up.”
“Yes! Dark, mysterious, that’s exactly what we’re going to go for.” TaeKyung nodded in agreement, and ShinWoo groaned but said nothing. He had already learned his opinion was apparently nothing in comparison to the “Mr. Love Master TaeKyung.”
“So, he’ll have to act like he goes to the bar a lot. Jeremy, we’ll get you to be the bartender so you can act familiar with him! I’ll be a random friend that pops up and acts like I know him.” ShinWoo added, and TaeKyung rolled his eyes.
“Yeah, whatever makes you happy. What really matters, is what you say. You see, girls find it sexy when people speak English nowadays. I mean, just listen to them drooling over those boy bands and their random English phrases. So in order to make this work, you need to learn some phrases. Now, listen and repeat after me.” TaeKyung said, and positioned himself awkwardly on the couch next to Jeremy. He raised his hand to Jeremy’s face, and gently moved it across his cheek. “Gurrrl… I luff you.” He serenaded, and Jeremy flinched away immediately.
“SHINWOO HYUNG! TAEKYUNG HYUNG’S MOLESTING ME!!!!” He sobbed into ShinWoo’s shoulder, and the latter just stared with a blank face. This was going to be interesting…
–
ShinWoo watched out of the corner of the eye the door by HeYi, where they had planned the night before MiNam was going to enter. Eventually, it opened as MiNam came in. The lights were a bit dark, so ShinWoo couldn’t get a clear look at the boy. He had been extremely curious about what exactly had taken TaeKyung that long to apply, but it looked like he would have to wait.
“HeYi?! Hello, dar-ring” MiNam greeted, and ShinWoo moved a bit closer so he could pick up their conversation and know when to but in. He was, however, a bit scared of what exactly TaeKyung had told MiNam to say.
“What? Well then, hello to you too. You made me wait long en… What are you wearing?!” HeYi suddenly cried, standing up so she could examine him more clearly. MiNam immediately flushed, but tried to brush it off. He moved his hand as if you stroke HeYi’s cheek, but missed since she knelt down a bit. She was obviously extremely interesting in the black second layer of skin stretched across his legs. Extremely tightly, too.
“Oh my goodness… Can you even walk in those? Walk now.” HeYi barked, and MiNam just began floating across the floor… Awkwardly.
“HeYi, I dear, I dun’t know wat yuuur-”
“MiNam! You walk like a penguin!” She cried, bursting out in laughter. MiNam glanced around embarrassed, but the music made it impossible for anyone else not eavesdropping to hear.
“HeYi, seriously-”
“Oh jeez, can you bend your knees in those things?! Try!” HeYi exclaimed, kicking the back of his knees with her heels.
“Ow! HeYi! Stop it!” He said, trying to scamper away but that obvious failed.
“Oh hi! MiNam, I did not know that was you. Hello, who is this? Oh HeYi-Sshi, hello then. He’s talked about you before! Fancy seeing both of you here, maybe we should head out to the dance floor! Oh, you like dancing too! That’s nice, come on now, let’s go!” ShinWoo turned around, and greeted the two of them. HeYi stared at him, flabbergasted and suspicious, while MiNam was just relieved. ShinWoo figured that if they were dancing she wouldn’t be able to awkwardly analyze his pants for another twenty minutes, so it seemed like the best option. Jeremy’s introduction could wait until later.
He quickly dragged the two of them to the middle of the floor, hoping that the crows would draw a close proximity. It wasn’t very lit, so he just picked a random girl and they began dancing, but he made sure to keep MiNam and HeYi in the corner of his eye at all times. They seemed to be going… Reasonably well. HeYi looked content, and MiNam was shifting rather awkwardly but ShinWoo figured it was just because of all the people around him. He began slowly migrating closer to the two, as he noticed they began conversing.
“So, is anything happening at work?” HeYi questioned, after an awkward silence. MiNam gave her a strained smile.
“Um, no nothing much, I think I have to-”
“Oh really? Because there’s been this new-”
“Bathroom, I’ll be-” MiNam tried to courteously exit, but it was already too late. ShinWoo just stared for a few moments, not quite sure what to do.
“Hopefully nobody will notice..” He muttered to himself, trying desperately to make his way over.
“Oh my, did you see that guy over there! His pants ripped!” The random girl ShinWoo had picked up exclaimed, rushing him over for a better view.
“Nevermind then.” ShinWoo sighed, and took his jacket off. After all, something, had to cover MiNam’s lower half.

I don’t think this one turned out quite right… I had intended to write part of it a bit more amusing but I just couldn’t. It was perfect in my head… But I couldn’t put it into words, if you know what I mean ![]()

this is a great story, I loved how you twisted the story line that turned to this! Tae Kyung was really determined, too bad the plan failed. I love the touch of YongSeo at the end, plus Minam and Heyi!
