While Kyuhyun’s driving to his surprise for Ryeowook, the car they’re in… crashed. The couple fell unconscious, that’s when Ryeowook’s illness was told after few tests and examination… all the head ache, bloods on his handkerchief whenever he cough and the weaknesses he feels it’s all because of leukaemia.
