No one's POV: 

"About time" Sehun said when Chanyeol and Baekhyun finally turned up outside of the school 
"Don't get me started" Baekhyun replied and Chanyeol stood there pouting 
"Save that for later we have five minutes to get in and get a seat" Kyungsoo said and the group made their way in.

"Nervous?" Hyukjae asked and Jongin nodded 
"Just a bit" he replied, looking out into hall from backstage
"We'll be fine" Hyukjae said 
"What against Seunghyun? Yeah right" Jongin replied and Hyukjae smirked 
"Relax, it's just to showcase everything we've done so far... you're so competitive" he said and Jongin turned to face him 
"Am not" he replied and nudged Hyukjae who walked away grinning whilst Jongin rolled his eyes and turned his attention back to the audience 
'Where are they?' he thought to himself and kept looking out. 

"Where are we going to sit?" Sehun asked walking through 
"We'll have to sit near the front" Baekhyun replied 
"Lead the way and we'll follow" Kyungsoo said and almost fell on Joonmyun 
"Remind me to tell Jongin next time to pick a bigger hall" he muttered and Joonmyun grinned 
"Agreed" Chanyeol replied as he grabbed onto Sehun to stop himself from falling 
"There are some seats here" Baekhyun said 
"Go" the other four said at the same time and Baekhyun jumped a little before going to take a seat. 

As Kyungsoo took his seat, he looked up at the stage and saw behind the curtain, someone looking at him and for a moment Kyungsoo sat there frowning... who the heck was that? When he saw the person wave to him, he finally realised that he was Jongin and quickly waved back. 
'Finally' Jongin thought and smiled when he saw Kyungsoo wave back 
"Jongin come on" Hyukjae called and said boy ran to the side as the curtain finally opened and the first act came on.

"Who's this?" Sehun asked 
"I think his name is Lee Seunghyun" Baekhyun replied 
"How do you know that?" Chanyeol asked
"I think he goes to my school... from what I've heard he's either an idiot, good dancer or cocky" Baekhyun replied
"He looks it" Sehun muttered before the three of them were shushed and Joonmyun and Kyungsoo had to hold in their laughter. The five of them had to admit... he was good... very good... now all they had to do was wait to see what Jongin had to offer.

"Good luck topping that boys" Seunghyun said as he walked backstage to applause whilst Hyukjae playfully nudged him 
"Cockiness gets you nowhere" Jongin replied and Seunghyun shook his head 
"It's not cockiness, it's confidence" he replied and both Jongin and Hyukjae laughed at his comment 
"Hyukjae you're up next" the teacher called and Hyukjae took a deep breath in 
"Good luck" was the last thing Jongin said to him before Hyukjae walked out onto the stage and the curtain was raised again.

"He's in our school isn't he?" Joonmyun asked, leaning in to Kyungsoo 
"Yeah he's called Lee Hyukjae, he's also in Jongin's dance class" Kyungsoo replied whilst Joonmyun nodded and continued to watch Hyukjae dance... he wasn't bad himself..

"Why am I always last?" Jongin asked and Hyukjae patted him on the back 
"You have nothing to worry about" he began whilst Jongin shot him a look as to say 'You sure?'
"No really, you're one of our best dancers" he added whilst Jongin groaned before frowning 
"Who's this dancing now?" he asked and Hyukjae shrugged his shoulders 
"Some Chinese boy who's coming back in the new year" he replied and Jongin nodded
"He's not bad" he said and Hyukjae nodded
"I know" he replied as the boy finished and as he walked of stage, quickly bowed to the two of them before running out back to the changing room. 

"You're turn now" Hyukjae said and Jongin nodded
"Wish me luck" he said 
"Good luck".

"Guys it's Jongin" Chanyeol said excitedly and Baekhyun was quick to calm him down before the old lady behind them shushed them again. Meanwhile, Kyungsoo was completly captured by Jongin's performance. Watching him on that stage, his expressions and his movements bought him back to the day the two spent in the dance studio and as Kyungsoo watched him... he felt proud of his best friend... Once the performance was over, the audience began clapping and cheering but the biggest noise was coming from a certain group of people who came to support their friend as Jongin bowed to the audience and walked backstage with the biggest smile ever on his face.

"You were AMAZING" Chanyeol shouted before he and Sehun tackled Jongin into a hug and Kyungsoo and Baekhyun were quick to join them whilst Joonmyun watched from the side laughing 
"Get in here" Kyungsoo said and pulled him into the group hug 
"Guys... guys you're hugging me to tight" Jongin said and sighed in relief when he was finally realeased from the hug 
"So... was I really that good?" he asked 
"Yes"
"Brilliant"
"The best"
And to finish it of, Joonmyun stuck his thumbs up to show his support. 

"Plus I recorded it, so I'll send it to you later to show your mum" Sehun added whilst Jongin nodded and the group began to make their way out of the building. As they walked out, Joonmyun accidently bumped into someone who was quick to bow to them
"So-sorry" they muttered and walked away before Joonmyun could say anything
"What do you guys want to do now?" Jongin asked 
"Early trick or treating" Chanyeol replied and the others laughed at his response 
"How about bubble tea and ice cream?" Sehun asked and the others paused before nodding. 

"You guys have to try the bubblegum ice cream it will turn your tongue blue" Jongin said and Kyungsoo smiled at his comment, remembering their little outing
"Fine but the last one to the store pays" Chanyeol replied, grabbing Baekhyun's arm and running away with him 
"Yah cheater" Sehun shouted and ran after them. 

So, I had no idea how this chapter was going to pan out... yet here it is... 

Also, did you guys see the little future character hint I dropped in there? *raises eyebrows in interest*
