Ji Yong had seen it before. He'd seen how they cast aside those who didn't follow their rules. Rules that weren't written you just had to know them.  Like not liking the wrong girl, a rule , Daesung , their last guitarist/second vocalist learned after he fell In love with the geek at school.  At least that was what ji Yong thought because there was no real reason why Daesung was kicked out. There were rumors  about other happenings and other  people but, ji Yong didn't know them like he was acquainted with Daesung. Therefore, to him,they were only rumors. 

 

"You're in tonight Kwon , alright. who knows,if we like you enough we might make you a part of the band," Seungri the band's manager told him patting his back and smiling.

 

" thanks " ji Yong replied with a quiet smile.

 

Truth be told Ji Yong just wanted some exposure being part of the Band wasn't something he wanted.  While Daesung may have been kicked out for liking the wrong girl, ji Yong would be kicked out, maybe even killed, for liking the wrong gender. That was a risk he wasn't willing to take, You'd never know with this band. While they earned their local fame it also came with violence, both from their supporters And from people who didn't quite support them. A rowdy band has a  rowdy  following And this band while their music ranged from mellow to full out rock, they are known for how rowdy they could get after their performances. 

" oh and before I forget the leader won't be here for the first song so you will have the opportunity to play your own song. Remember if you just do like you practiced without TOP, everything will be alright." 

Ji Yong nodded listening to everything. That's part of the reason he tried out this once, because they offered the guest a 4 minute stage, and ji Yong wanted it.  But there was also nervousness he would be singing and playing with a masked leader who he hadn't met. The reason the stage offer was thrown in was The leader had an important matter to attend and would come in a bit late.
