Omgosh! Chapter 20 already! ...

This one's gonna be shorter than the rest. But next updates might make up for the length. As for the content, I hope you guys enjoy this little 'episode'. (:

If I were naming the chapters I'd call this one 'I didn't stand a chance...' ;)

It includes a song you can optionally hear, I included the lyrics in the chapter.

She kept walking through the audience in the small break they took between performances. As she kept making her way, many students that knew about the incident from earlier that day asked for her well being. With a smile and thankful for their concern, she quickly responded to them and found herself a good spot to watch.

After a couple of minutes the teacher that was presenting the performers stood in front of the audience and presented the next round.

Youngjae’s turn was finally there and her stomach flipped from the nerves and the butterflies of hearing him sing. She quickly took the camera from the small backpack she had brought and hung it on her neck, getting ready to take a shot of him as he came out.

He stood right in front of the microphone and glanced down, and there he spotted her with her camera up. She took a photo of him and waved at him. Satisfied of their little distance encounter, he adjusted the microphone getting ready to dazzle her.

“This song is for all those lovers out there!”

Simple words were followed by the soft strumming of a guitar being played in the background.

He began to sing softly to the lyrics of an English song. Knowing very well she could understand the lyrics, he glanced down at her every now and then with a smile.

She quickly got why he was so out of it when she found him backstage, first up, the lyrics were completely in English, which could’ve meant that he had been planning this performance out for a while, and second, the lyrics were all for her.

She couldn’t help but to blush at the mention of the kiss, though in this moment he couldn’t recall any of their kisses, she did. Her knees felt weak just by thinking about it.
