Everything stopped for Baekhyun. He couldn't hear anything, couldn't process anything, couldn't think of anything. The only things he were aware of was Chanyeol's big hand ruffling his hair, Chanyeol bowing down his head awkwardly, Chanyeol giving him one last sad smile, Chanyeol turning slowly on his heel, Chanyeol walking away, Chanyeol's final words.

Chanyeol. Chanyeol. Chanyeol. Park ing Chanyeol.

Baekhyun made a move to stop him, but only succeeded in letting out a breath he didn't know he was holding. A pained, muffled sob escaped his lips, and he could only watch as the tall boy walked away, the latter's words hanging in the air.

"I tried, Baekhyun, I really did."

"See? Right there beside me. That's Chanyeol." He whispered sadly, sighing.

"Dude, are you on drugs something?" Minho asked him, looking genuinely worried.

"What?"

"Baekkie, the one beside you is Kyungsoo and Jongin. Just them." Taemin said, sounding equally worried as his boyfriend.

Baekhyun stared at them, and slowly, he took the photo back with shaking hands. He put it up to his eye level and scanned everyone's faces. Sure enough, just like what Taemin and Minho had said, Kyungsoo and Jongin were the ones beside him.

No Park Chanyeol.
