The Red Thread of Destiny
Description
The Red Thread of Destiny is also called the Red String of Fate and many other terms. According to legend it states that when two people are tied together by a red thread, whether it be on their ankle or pinky finger, they are destined fro each other. It can stretch or tangle but never break. Or can it?
Xiumin has been crushing on Luhan ever since the first day of middle school, but he was never brave to confess. They became friends along with Chen whom he met through Luhan. Over the years, they became a trio like the Three Musketeers, always being together and doing things together. However, once sophomore came, everything began to change. Love blooms as summer is coming close and hearts will be broken.
This is where the Red Thread comes in place. Will it truly keep lovers together? What will happen if not only one, but two strings are attached to one person? This will be a test for Xiumin and show how strong his love is as hardships constantly hit him in the face.
Foreword
Inspired by this picture:
Just look at the way Xiumin looks at Luhan and the way Chen looks at Xiumin. Heh, my XiuHan and XiuChen feels. Yeah, you might not think the same way as me, but that's what I see. It seems like Chen is a bit jealous and stuff like that. Don't you see it? OK fine, but that's what I see in here! Lol

This is the first book of my The Red Thread series. I think this one will be one of my favorites and I hope you'll like this one, too. I hope it's not boring when you first read it, but I promise it'll get better and fluffier as the story progresses. Thank you for reading this boring introduction!
Now here's an introduction to the story which will be mainly in Xiumin's point of view:
I have never seen someone so perfect before. Well, at least in my eyes he was perfect. His smile, his eyes, everything was so attractive to me. I guess you can call it love at first sight, but it's not exactly like that. It's more like one of those crushes you get when you see an idol on television and fell in love with that idol. I guess you could say it's more like admiration. Although, that admiration turned into something more. The longer I've known him, my feelings began to grow.
However, it's not just us two in the picture. There was one more boy named Chen. He wasn't like the others. At one point, he would be this serious kid with a diligent attitude, but at the same time, he could be this ert that always think like... Well, a guy. He's not your typical boy next door despite his features.
As for me, I don't think a lot about myself. I think I'm pretty normal. Nothing special about my looks or attitude, but I do have this cold glare that people tend to avoid me because of it. I don't do intentionally. In fact, I'm a nice guy, but because of that look, not many people approach me except for Luhan, the Perfect Boy. If only I have the courage to tell him how much I care about him. We're now sophomores in high school. Isn't it about time to tell him? Maybe. Maybe this year will be my luck. I know I'll tell him some time.
