Description
Four brothers were living the life, good in studies, awesome friends, life seemed perfect. Until one day they came home to find it empty; no pictures, no food, no memories. All that was there was their clothes, two beds and a note left on the kitchen countertop. At the threat of being separated, they managed to lie their way into staying together, sacrificing the life they knew.
So with great courage, the boys moved from their state to a small suburb in Northern Illinois and this is where the story begins.
Foreword
Dear Boys,
I'm sure that you're confused about the emptiness of the house. We have something very important to tell you...I'm pregnant! Yup, despite all the odds, we are having a baby, a miracle baby. You four know that I'm turning 48 soon so this is truly a miracle and we are so happy!!!
Now, about the emptiness of the house, we (that is your dad and I) decided to move. We want a new house in a new neighbourhood for our little one. This brought up an important point, you four. We both mutually decided that we didn't want five children, not with our income already stretched at four. So we decided to leave you four behind. I do hope that you understand our reasoning and know that we always loved you, but you raising the four of you would never replace the joy of having our own biological child.
Next to this letter, you will find two credit cards. They are for your personal use and we will put in a certain amount each month.
Last but not least, I want you four to know that we might have adopted you, but you will always be considered a part of our family. So in a couple years, feel free to look us up and come and meet the newest addition to our little family.
Heechul, Jaejoong, Eunhyuk and Henry, we will always think of you fondly.
-With love and regards,
Jessica and Woojin (previously mum and dad)
