Hide and Seek

(*NahRi’s POV*) 

My body got up from a strange night mare dream. I felt cold, my forehead and neck was watered with hot sweat. My hands lightly hit the nightstand beside me, and sighed as I covered my tiring face in my hands. 

These five months together...where it should have been from the beginning felt so unreal. What I wanted the most was just in front of me. I couldn’t wish for anything but this. The three of us, together. 

4:21 AM. I groaned, ugh what a day to start off with...

I awaken by the sound of a gunshot. 

“Hey, whats wrong?”ChangMin walked over to my side on the bed as he was getting dressed to go to work. 

I quickly wrapped my arms around his neck, and pulled him close to my body. I chuckled along as I heard him chuckled. 

“Bad dreams again...Hmmm..?”He asked quietly. I just nodded. He let go of me, and stared at me. 

My head light jerked to the side, as ChangMin lightly pushed my head, then pinched the tip of my nose.

“Stop thinking so much. Its unhealthy. Come on, get dress...breakfast is getting cold.”

Before he could open the door that leads to the kitchen, he uttered again...

“Hurry up, or I’ll have to dress you myself..”I blushed when I saw him winked at me. 

He finally closed the door, and let me dress. 

After breakfast, ChangMin and I drove HyeRi to school and dropped her off. I rolled down the window and shouted her name.

“Honey! You forgot your lunch!”She ran back to the car, and snatched it. She had waved bye before she got into the building. 

ChangMin was quiet...I can feel his eyes on me. “Am I that beautiful for you to look at?”I finally talked after ten minutes. He burst out laughing.  

“My goodness! Don’t do that! You scared me!”I shouted giving him a slap on his arm. 

“OUCH! You may seem weak, but when you hit, you hit like a man!”He teased. The both of us laughed. His right arm pulled me to his side, and pulled me even closer to his chest. 

Earning a kiss on the head, I wrapped my short around his tummy. It was my turn to drive, ChangMin got out of the car, and got his floppy disc and placed it in his pocket. He had waved bye when I had already rolled up the windows.

Focusing to put on my seatbelt, I jumped up as I heard a knock. ChangMin was the one who was knocking on the window.

“Forgot something?”I asked opening the door. 

He grabbed me from the back of my head and leaned forward. My hands pushed him away, “We’re in public, ChangMin!”

“So what.”He said. 

“You’re holding up the line!”I shouted. He leaned over, and turned to his side.

“Not leaving before I get a kiss...”He acted so childish. 

“How many times do you want a kiss? You’ve already kissed me twice today, an---”Before I knew it, he had already kissed me. I shoved him away and blushed.

“Hurry! I have to go!”He winked once again making me giggle like a crazy woman. 

“Drive safely. You know what to do when you get home!”He walked backwards shouting.      

“Yes! Call or text you, I know.”I shouted back, then waved bye. I finally drove off and headed home.

Like every other night, ChangMin will tuck HyeRi in bed, as I stayed in the kitchen and cleaned. While washing the dishes, a pair of long arms had wrapped around my neck. I giggled. 

As I cupped his firm face, I traced my finger along his jawline...feeling the his facial hair.

“Seems like someone needs a shave.”

“Perhaps, I need a hand.”He whispered, causing me to scream when he lift me up and threw me over his shoulders. 

“Yah! Put me down!!! ChangMIN!!!!”He brought me to the bathroom, and placed me down to sit on the counter sink. 

As he applied on the shaving cream, I started to shave his growing mustache. I brought his face closer, and lightly kicked him to stop moving.

“AHHHHHH!!!”He had strayed cold water at me, making me jump off of the counter sink. He snatched me and dragged me back into the bedroom as I tried to escape. The both of us rested on the bed and tried to catch our breaths from all the runnings around the house. 

For the longest, we had plan to go on our honeymoon...Leaving HyeRi behind was the hardest thing I could ever do. But having him beside me made it easier. As he promised, he had booked tickets to Hawaii for three nights. 

Those three nights went by slowly, but it was finally time to go back home. When we arrived home, ChangMin had dismissed the nanny and had gone to take a shower, as I went to HyeRi’s room to check up on her. 

“HyeRI!”I ran and saw a empty bed. Running to our bedroom, she was know where found. My heart began to race very fast. I was becoming scared while ChangMin is still in the shower. 

She cannot be kidnapped, can she? I began to panic.
