(*NahRi’s POV*)

*gasps* 

I find myself sleeping alone in my room. I felt my forehead it was wet. It was just a bad dream. I brought the blanket close to me, and snuggled. Wiping my tears away, there was a sudden hard knock. 

I flinched, and got up. 

I could see the figure of that person’s out of my screen door. 

“NahRi, open up I know you’re in there!” 

ChangMin?? I took some steps back...he hasn’t left yet?...I asked myself. 

*KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK* He began to slam on the door. 

I took a deep breath, and clenched onto my fist. 

“No, I am not going let you in. I left you more twice, why are you still running after me! Go away, Shim ChangMin. I don’t belong to you anymore!” I shouted enough for him to hear. 

“After all what we’ve been through, you’re just going to throw it all away? Damn it, open the f*ckin door NAHRI!” He cursed. His temper of his isn’t going to change until I open this door. 

Before I could open the door, I closed my eyes and took a deep breath. When I did, he was right in front of me. I shoved him away to get through, and shut the sliding door behind me. 

“How long are you going to hide like this...? Why are you always running from me? Don’t I mean anything to you?” His voice sounded tired and weak. I turned over to him and looked at him. 

“If you want to go back with you to Seoul, I’m not going.” ChangMin firmly placed his hands on my shoulders and bent down to meet my level. 

“I know that I’ve hurt you mentally and physically, and from my heart I cannot be more sorry. Years back, I had betrayed you was because my brother was in danger. His life was going to end if I didn’t loan. I had never stop loving you, NahRi....” 

“Let go!” I shoved him away, and slapped him hard. *Panting* “Why...why are you telling me after all these years? Where were you when I needed you the most! Don’t say that you love me, cause you don’t mean it!” 

*Bursted into tears* 

“What I have done to you, I’m willing to put those in past because its no longer exist! Stop lying to yourself, you know that I love you, but you’re just scared to admit it! I’ve done it only to keep you beside me. And without you, it would the end of me. NahRi, please listen to me. Please come back to me...” My head turned away. 

“I have loved you once, and I am not going there again!” 

“WHAT?! Why are you scared to love me?!” He violently grabbed my arms, and began to shake me. Making my body going back and forth. I struggle to break free, but he wouldn’t let go. “Not until you tell me the reason.!” 

“Because I love SeungHyun-shi...!” Everything became quiet...with his force he throw me back and was about to attack me. Before he could, I raised my hand up, and showed my the ring. 

“You see this?! I am no longer yours!”  

“Suite yourself well, NahRi...Don’t give me that look! Your face is the last thing I want see.” Before he got in his car, he turned his head around, and looked directly at me with seriousness. 

“Don’t worry, I’ll be at the wedding...” For a split second...my heart stopped beating. I hope he’s joking.!  

*Five days later*

For the entire afternoon, I had been thinking what to do. Thinking everything clearly before I could make my final decision. It was soon hitting dawn. Little did I knew, I had over-slept. 

*phone vibrates*

I yawned as I woke up from the noise of vibration/beep sound. Before I could get my phone, SeungHyun’s mother walked in carrying my wedding dress along with her. 

“What’s wrong...did you and SeungHyun fight? Why look so down.” She took a seat beside me, and held my hand. 

“You’re going to the best bride ever...Come on, lets get ready.” After changing into my regualr clothes, I had to stop by the salon shop, and get my hair done. While waiting for my hair to get done. 

I felt his presence. I looked at the mirror and saw ChangMin standing behind me. 

“I was asked to escort you back to the chapel.” He spun me around as he bend down on one of knee, and locked me as he placed his arms on the arm. “I hope you like it. My mother left this behind for me to give to someone special, and thats you. My gift for you.” It in a blue small box.

He turned me back around, and let the woman to start my hair. After paying, we went ahead and head to the chapel. Before I got out of the car, ChangMin placed the bracelet on my wrist. 

I was speechless. Nothing came out of my mouth. I wanted to cry and break down, but it will only worsen the pain. I left without saying a single word, and just walked away into the chapel. 

After getting in the dressing room, I had changed into the wedding dress, and had make-up applied on my face. One reason why I decided to do this was because I knew ChangMin had moved on, and loved another. 

And I don’t think there will be another chance for us to work it out. I didn’t want this but I had nowhere to turn to. I was feeling a bit of regret...will I’ll be happy...? No...

While SeungHyun and I exchanged our vows, it was ready to get the rings. With my two eyes scanning the room I had notice that ChangMin’s seat was empty. He had left! I closed my eyes, and looked into SeungHyun’s eyes. 

“I---I can’t SeungHyun...” I announced and took off the ring. Everyone stood up and looked my way as I made my way running down the aisle.     

SeungHyun-shi...please forgive me. 

*flashback*     2:12 pm. 

<One new missed texted message>

-Mr. Shim is planning to leave for the States. His plane will be taking off within three hours. 

(From: Assistant Baek)- 

*End of flashback* 

I quickly rushed out of the chapel and got into a taxi. “Where to Miss...” The man in the hat asked. 

I quickly gave him an answer where I wanted go. Impatient and anxious I hope to get there in time. Thank you, Assistant Baek. 

Arriving outside of the apartment, I rushed into the building along with my long white dress, I ran to up the stairs pulling up my dress.     

***beep***

My phone died as soon as I took it out of my pocket. 

*AKJE$@$@R@#R^%Y&$* I cursed. 

“ChangMin, please wait for me! There is something I’ve got to tell you!” I said breathlessly. Up the stairs and into our apartment I ran. Hoping he was still there. But he was nowhere to be found. No, you cannot leave me yet! Not this time! I cried. 

(*ChangMin’s POV*) 

As I got into my car, I had left before they could even start the wedding. I was going to leave...leave everything behind and move on. Before heading to the airport, I remembered I had forgotten something! My wallet. 

My phone started to ring. It was Assistant Baek calling. 

“NahRi-shi...just now left the chapel. I think she’s looking for you. She maybe heading to the apartment...” I pressed down on my gas pedal and speed to get to the apartment. I quickly got there. 

I was just outside of our apartment building. As soon as I got out of the car, NahRi in a white dress was standing two feet away from me. 

As I walked towards her nothing stopped me, but her two arms wrapped around my waist. Preventing me from pushing her away from me.
