Title: Rainy

Summary: Rainy night…

The rain is pouring, Dongho is sitting on the wooden chair with his arms clasping his knees, dropping his head on the freezing glass window. The rain splashes on the perron creating a parched sound each time.  

Dongho shivers in coldness but he can’t leave his seat to go find a coat. He must wait for Soohyun. Never before has he come back this late. If he goes overnight, he will bring him along.

Unknowingly Dongho traces his finger on the cold glass front window. Anxiety like a caterpillar corrodes him painfully.

Outside, rain is still falling mildly.

Suddenly, Dongho hears someone’s step on the perron. The keys clatter together. He raises himself up running to Soohyun. Dongho embraces him tightly, snuggles his head in the other’s chest and breathes in the cool smell of the rain from him.  

“Why haven’t you slept yet?” Soohyun concernedly asks. “It’s already late.

“But you haven’t returned yet.” Dongho retorts.

Soohyun smiles, puts his hand on Dongho’s shoulder pushing him away.

“Stop holding me or you might catch a cold.”

He kisses on the top of the younger’s blue nose.

“You’re not wearing warm clothes again.”

“I know, I know…” Dongho harshly holds the other’s collar pulling him close, so close. “… as long as you don’t leave me, stay by my side forever. Promise me!”

The rain has abated. Each drop is falling in drip-drop, like his warm breath clinging onto Dongho.

“I promise not to leave you, forever.”

The rain has stopped.
