Aftermath
Description
In a world where demons and humans coexist, all was well as the demons wake when the humans slept and the humans wake when the demons slept.
Despite the fear of demons the humans had, they knew the demons did not care for human flesh when there were larger, meatier animals around to feed on.
And so life went on.
That was until the humans began to communicate with each other outside of their village.
With communication came new ideas and with new ideas came technology.
Technology for agriculture, shelter, medicine.
An explosion of technology caused a proliferation of humans. As the humans expanded, they began to encroach on the territories that belonged to the demons.
And so a conflict began.
A conflict for territory. Human land reduced demon food source. So the demons had no choice but to begin hunting human food source…and in some cases, humans.
And so more technology was created.
Technology to hunt demons.
An unresolved conflict.
And so a war started.
The Great War between demons and humans.
Neither willing to back down. Fighting for their species. The pride of their people at stake.
Many died, both humans and demons.
The war raged for years.
Until both sides tired from the fighting.
And so a treaty was made.
So long as both demons and humans exist, both parties were forbidden to invade the other’s territory that may reduce livelihood of said other species.
And so our story begins.

What’s up? Shadow in the house. I’ve been itching to write a fantasy type story for a while now, so that’s what I’m doing. While I am writing an application form for this story, the roles and application are open to my friends, hiikyoung, matokibu, and DorkusMaximus only. While I could just come up with a few characters myself, I think it’ll be more fun if you guys wrote them, neh? :3
