Foreword

Just last month Hyuna of 4Minute hospitalized due to high fever and fatigue. While news about the celebrities who were hospitalized due to fatigue is not a new thing, but it still begs the question ... if the entertainment companies push their artists too far?

The artist certainly knows about what is expected of them when they signed the contract and knew that certain sacrifices would be required if they are to succeed. Even so, because the case has been widely reported fatigue to a level that menghkhawatirkan.

List of singers, actors, and musicians who suffer from fatigue for several years this seems to be endless. Han Seung Yeon of Kara fainted due to exhaustion and anemia. Leeteuk of Super Junior have received infusions at the hospital due to severe exhaustion. T-ara's Jiyeon visited the hospital because of fatigue, but had to go to perform on stage. After completing the 'Boys Over Flowers', Kim Hyun Joong fainted while filming a commercial for fatigue and schedule only allows him to sleep for 2-3 hours at night.

Perhaps one of the most prominent examples of K-Pop artists who suffer from fatigue is F.CUZ. Back in 2010-when every member F.CUZ had to be hospitalized due to exhaustion of their busy schedule when preparing for debut.

Soyeon of T-ara has said that his group has not given one day off-even in 12 months. A member of Super Junior has revealed that they could only sleep for 1 hour for 3 days while they were filming a new music video.

Schedules and working conditions that have caused Hangeng (Super Junior) proposed early contract termination, citing reasons such as unfair hours, busy schedules that cause fatigue and even more serious health problems such as kidney problems.

When the artist suffered from fatigue, the official word from the company is always assured fans that the health of their artists is top priority and they will get the rest they need. However, if their health is really a top priority, they will not take the grueling schedule.

We can only hope that this is not going to make a serious injury or accident to make these companies wake up and realize that they are sacrificing the health and welfare of their artists for the sake of a successful campaign and a good rating.

But as we all know, the schedule continues ..
