“The real mission that you guys are going to compete is… in this envelope!” MC Shinyoung gave each of the two red envelopes to Minho and Nickhun.

Yuri was the first to read it loudly. “Covering English song at University Music Festival?!” All of them looked rather shocked since it was such unexpected mission.

MC Shinyoung explained. “Now, did you guys see the connection from the warming-up mission before? It’s just to test how good your pronunciation is. Well, I think everyone can understand well that only Nickhun is the best since he can speak fluently. Maybe we need lesson by Nickhun for three of them.” She laughed. She added further explaining, “You guys can choose any song as your duet song as long as it is in English. Of course, this will be a battle. All the university students can vote for their own choice.”

Yoona asked. “Unnie, is this University Music Festival that the one we also participate every year?”

“Ah, yes. That’s right. I think you guys have about 2 weeks to prepare for it, right?”

MC 1 asked as he was not the permanent MC in the studio. “Are Yuri and Yoona active as singers too?”

MC 2 explained. “They join their school famous group and become representative of their school in music festival among university students. Apparently, if I remember correctly, they always won the first place of the girl group categories since they started participate and they continue to dominate.” He was referring to the fact that was mentioned in first episode when Yuri and Yoona were first introduced and their impressive achievement.

MC 3 added. “Yes, he’s right. I remember it. They mentioned in episode 1.”

“We’re going to perform there as duet couple?” Nickhun asked.

“Yes, of course. Besides voting, there will be also judges that will evaluate your performance from various aspects, for example, like… your creativity, choreography, of course your English pronunciation too.”

“Then, do we have advantage?” Yoona asked with a sparkle in her eyes as she looked at Nickhun. They both looked excited since the fact that Nickhun speaking English gave them huge advantage.

Whereas Yuri and Minho looked rather upset and unenthusiastic, thinking that it was almost impossible to win.

“Don’t worry, Minyul couple. You guys still got time to improve your pronunciation. Besides, it’s just one aspect of evaluation, there are rather other things important to be evaluated, right?”

Yuri finally gained encouragement. “That’s right, we just need memorize the lyrics and ensure to pronoun it properly, then it’s fine!”

“Fine, we gotta win this time!” Yuri and Minho bumped their fist.

MC Shinyoung smiled once she saw the spirit from both team. She concluded. “Next week, we will find out what their concept and song are and see how they prepare their performance. See you guys next time, Date with 2SG! Bye!”

After having dinner with her mother which was only once in a blue moon, Tiffany went back to her room while humming happily. She was very pleased indeed to spend time with her family though in others’ eyes, there was nothing so special about that.

With only a piece towel wrapping around her tiny body, she headed towards her wardrobe to look for her usual pink pajama. Before she could even change into it, she was interrupted by a phone call and immediately answered it once she knew it was from Siwon.

“Y… yes?” She sounded excited and nervous at the same time.

Siwon smiled at her shy cute reply. “What are you doing?”

“Hm? Well… Nothing much, I’m just resting in my room. Why?” She was extremely happy that he took initiative to call her first and couldn’t help but wondering too if there was anything urgent.

“Can you take a look outside through your window?”

She didn’t expect that request from him but she not asked anything and just did what he wanted her to. She didn’t find any particular outstanding or unusual thing in the sky. The moon and stars had been there like the other nights. “What is it actually? Should I find something unusual?”

“Look down.” He said simply.

She bowed her head and saw there was a guy standing in front of the entrance of the villa, waving at her once she spotted him. Her eyes went bigger. Was that really Siwon?!

“It’s me!” Siwon exclaimed like he can read what was on her minds.

“What are you doing here?!” She asked in shock that caused her voice sounded louder.

Siwon was quite taken aback with that. “C… ca… can’t I?”

She also kept stuttering. “That… that doesn’t what I meant. I’m just shocked actually…” She let out a chuckle. “Hang on…” She bowed her head and looked at herself from foot to her upper body and she just realized that she didn’t have any cloth on and just a small towel covering her which obviously was quite y and not appropriate to be seen by a guy. “ARRGHH!!!” She shouted loudly while quickly hiding away from the window.

He had to take away his cell phone for a while as he rubbed his ear as she just screamed loudly to his ear. Once he felt it was safe to continue talking to her through phone, he asked. “What’s wrong? Are you okay?” He sounded so anxious why she suddenly reacted that way.

“Did you see me?!”

“No…”

“No?” She then hove a sigh of relief.

“But, just now I did see you... before you ran away.”

“You did?! How much did you see?!” She asked anxiously. She looked so panicked now, did he see everything?! She can’t believe that she already exposed that much to him despite their relationship just started blossoming.

“I just saw you, your face, that’s all.” Siwon found it was quite strange to explain like this to her like he saw something that he shouldn’t. She felt relieved. “W… why? Did I…”

She immediately cut him off. “No, nothing!” She laughed it off like nothing. He chuckled as he thought that she was too cautious about her appearance in front of him. “Anyways, why are you here? You really shocked me. Did something serious happen?”

“I just want to see you… now, I did… so, I’m supposed I should go now…”

“Hang on!” She blurted out all of a sudden. “How can you just go like that? We didn’t meet properly. Wait for a while, I will come down.”

“No, no, it’s okay…”

“No, give me 1 minu… wait, 5 minutes… I supposed.” She corrected while chuckling. “Wait for me.” She ended the call.

She immediately looked for another cloth in her wardrobe instead of wearing that pajama. She didn’t want to appear like common messy girl in front of him. She put on a simple shirt and a quite outstanding luxurious jacket that made her looked like she got ready for going out and she also applied light make up.

Siwon waited in front of the gate more than 5 minutes like she asked but he didn’t feel annoyed or angry. In fact, the thought that he’s waiting for someone who was important and cared so much for him made him pleased. Every single second of waiting, he just smiled happily. He understood now why a person couldn’t live alone in this world, everyone depended on each other for a source of happiness.

He realized from that deep thought when Tiffany came out from the small gate and rushed to him. “I’m sorry. Have you waited for long?” She showed him her eye-smile that he had been missing to see. He just saw her yesterday but he didn’t know he missed her so much already. He knew he had already fallen in love with her deeply now.

“No.” He replied her smile. “I think it’s time for me to get used to wait for a girl like this.” He added teasingly. She just grinned in embarrassment as she knew he inferred that he had been waiting for more than she asked. He looked at her attentively. “You dress up like you want to go out. No wonder you took long time.”

“Oh, really? Is it too much?” She bowed her head, observing herself.

He chuckled. “It’s fine. Besides, I like you being this way. Being concern about how to appear and look good in front of me, reflects how much you care for me.”

Her eyes went bigger as her jaw slightly dropped as she was smiling too wide. “Did you learn how to be romantic from Leeteuk?” They both laughed. “Anyways, what’s bringing you here? There must be something, right?”

“It’s really nothing. I just feel like seeing you. I just got reminded of something unpleasant… but since I see you now, I feel better.” He confessed sincerely.

She felt so touched and happy at the fact that she meant a lot to him especially hearing it directly from him.

“Then, have you eaten?” He asked caringly.

“Yes. I just had with my parents after a long time. It’s so nice!”

He realized the happiness and excitement in her voice and couldn’t help asking her, “Do you usually eat alone too?”  She nodded with a forced smile.

At first, he thought she and him were too different that it was out of questions to even look at her as love interest especially with their different background and social status. However, he could find the similarity when he found out that she was lonely, lacking parents’ love just like him despite having a family.

He suggested, “Then, next time, you can come over my house whenever you want. Despite my personality, I’m actually a good cook.” He finished off his sentence while grinning awkwardly as he couldn’t believe that he just self-praised himself.

“CAN I?!” Her voice sounded so loud as she was too shocked and excited. He was also taken aback of her reaction. “I’m sorry.” She grinned apologetically before adding, “Yes, I want to taste your cooking too.”

He chuckled later. Every single tiny little thing that she did, looked cute in his eyes. He didn’t know what kind of spell that she casted on him. He could just easily smile and laugh comfortably with her various clumsy acts.

After meeting Siwon, Tiffany went back into her villa and walked cautiously like a thief back into her room. She didn’t feel it was still a right time to reveal her relationship with Siwon. If her parents knew she just came back from meeting him, she would be in a big trouble as she also didn’t know how to explain nicely about it.

“Stephanie!” Her mother’s loud voice calling for her as she thought Tiffany was in her room.

As Tiffany was being extra careful not to be found out, she just got more startled than she was supposed to be with her mother’s loud voice. She almost fell as she was going upstairs. “Y… yes, mom?” She replied after patting her chest in relief, she could balance herself just in time.

“Come here. I have something to talk about.” She asked Tiffany to the living room where she was at.

Tiffany took a seat on the sofa the one facing her mother. “What are you doing?” Tiffany asked as she observed her mother was taking a look at something in her hands which seemed like photos.

Her mother was about to start talking about the important thing to her but stopped when she took a look at her daughter. “Did you come from or be going to somewhere?”

“Oh?” It took some time for her to realize why her mother asked like that. “Ah… I… I just took some fresh air outside.” She lied. She really forgot to change to her pajama first. Obviously, the way she dressed could raise suspicion.

“Wearing like that? You even have make-up on.”

“Well…” She paused for a while to think an excuse.”… It’s a new cloth and make up products. So, I thought I want to try it first.” She really hoped her mother would believe that lie.

“Oh, really?”

She immediately changed the topic to avoid undergoing further questioning. “Anyways, what is the thing that mom want to discuss?” She took a look at the photos that her mother handed to her. All of the photos showed a young handsome guy.

“They are the successor of their family company. Is there any one that you are interested in?” Her mother tried to use gentle words but still Tiffany immediately understood what was this all about.

Obviously, Tiffany didn’t show a good feedback about this idea especially when she already had someone. “Mom, don’t tell me… is this wedding arrangement?” She asked with a frown on her face, she really despised how all the rich family always did this kind of thing including her family.

“Of course not, Stephanie. I’m just…” Her mother paused to find suitable words to explain nicely to her. “Sooner or later, you must find your own partner. And, I’m just doing my duty as your mother to find you a suitable partner who won’t make my daughter’s life suffered, that’s all.”

“Then, can’t I choose on my own? I meant, not from these choices given to me? I’m sure, I will find my partner by myself when the time comes.”

Her mother still insisted on her decision. “But, they are all coming from good family background, your future will be bright. You don’t have to be suffered. Besides, our company can develop and stay on top with higher chance when the company emerges with your wedding.”

“I think that’s the main target and outcome of this wedding arrangement, right? Mom doesn’t really care how I felt right?” Tiffany just went straight to the point.

Her mother looked rather shocked with her bold question. “Of… of course not. I also want you to be happy especially when your father and I are not around anymore. We just think about the future, why we should reject something that can guarantee our future, right?”

“Then, if my happiness is the main target, it doesn’t matter much how the guy is as long as he treated me well, hardworking and can support me, right? His family background doesn’t determine whether he can make me happy in the future. Who knows, he might abandon me for other woman. The most important thing is he can love me as the way I am. I don’t mind about his family background.” Tiffany still insisted on her opinion about this matter especially it concerned to her whole life.

Her mother didn’t expect that Tiffany would be so firm about it. “You… don’t tell me, you already have someone?” She meant ‘someone’ referring to a guy who won’t make her pleased with her daughter’s choice.

Tiffany was aware the anger in her mother’s eyes that made her thinks it wasn’t the right time to reveal everything. She already expected her mother won’t like the fact that she was dating Siwon and to tell her at the wrong time like this would just make it worse. She might not be able to persuade her mother at all if she took the wrong decision.

She thought it was better to hide this thing for the time being. “Of course not. I just don’t like this idea… the whole about wedding arrangement. Besides, I’m not even finishing my study yet.”

“I’m not asking you to marry one of these guys immediately. I just want you to try meeting them and getting known any one of these guys that you will be interested in. If you like him, then it’s good.”

Tiffany couldn’t protest anymore and just silently agreed with what her mother asked to do.

The teacher went out from the class and the gap between the next class, waiting for the teacher to come, the students had little time to rest from what they just learnt. Sooyoung was the first to disappear at time like this. As everyone was wondering where she had been missing, finally Sooyoung appeared with a bunch of bread in her hands. It seemed like she just came back from cafe to satisfy her hunger.

"Yah! You just disappeared like a wind!" Hyoyeon scolded her like a mother who just found her missing daughter.

"Well, you know... once I started feeling hungry, there's nothing stopping me including myself!" She acknowledged while letting out a proud laugh. Of course she won't be ashamed with her eating habit when she had the best proportional body like a model despite her eating.

"I want some!" Yoona was the first to take a bite as she was known as another shikshin in the group.

"Just one bite, there's no more after this." Sooyoung warned sternly.

"Yah! You bought a lot! Don't be too greedy! Can you finish all of these?" Taeyeon asked as she hit Sooyoung's shoulder.

"Taengoo-yah, we have been friends for long but I guess you don't know me well yet." Sooyoung playfully replied as was full with the bread already. She added, teasing Taeyeon, "Besides, you have to eat a lot like me, then you can grow."

"Ah, seriously!" Taeyeon glared at her but laugh later. "If it's really true, I will be taller than you already!"

Suddenly, Key came from behind and wrapped his arm around Sooyoung who was eating to shock her. "Woah!!"

Sooyoung didn't respond like he expected of but she did get shocked and coughed continuously with bread filled .

Even Key got shocked too. "What happened?!" She asked Taeyeon with questioned face.

Taeyeon and Hyoyeon just laughed though they knew it was wrong for them to find this funny. Taeyeon explained, "See, there's a lot of food on her table, what else she would be doing?"

"Are you okay?" He asked in panic. He helped her to get a drink to relief her chocking. After having drink, she started to feel better and could breathe normally. "You are fine now, right?"

"Yah, I was eating! Fine, my !" She gave him a death glare like a predator that looked at Key as her prey.

Hyoyeon and Taeyeon were still laughing enjoying Key and Sooyoung's funny interaction. Hyoyeon said to Key, "Don't you know the thing she hated the most is someone bothering her during eating?"

Key defended himself while making puppy face. "I didn't even know she was eating."

"Usually, I will just...!" Sooyoung lifted her hand up like she was going to hit Key which actually did make Key flinch. "Luckily, it's you..." She pouted her lips.

Key smiled widely. "Why? It's because I'm special?" He asked flirtingly.

Sooyoung who already continued eating almost chocked once again as she didn't expect such behaviour from him.

Hyoyeon and Taeyeon cheered loudly applauding for Key's action. Actually, they could sense that Sooyoung did treat or look at Key more than her best friend. So, they really hoped Key would feel the same way towards Sooyoung.

After Sooyoung swallowed everything in , she yelled. "Yah, what's wrong with you?! Stop disturbing me eating already! You're going to kill me!"

Key took the seat that faced Sooyoung while laughing due to her reaction. "Why so serious? I'm just kidding, aigoo~" He pinched her cheek gently. Sooyoung just pouted her lips while raising one of her eyebrows.

"Omo! You guys become sweet towards each other!" Hyoyeon teased.

Key corrected Hyoyeon's words. "I think I'm the only one acting sweet to her. You guys can see how she almost killed me just because I bother her eating."

"That's right!" Taeyeon let out her ahjumma laugh.

"Yah, Kim Hyoyeon, Kim Taeyeon! Don't you guys have better things to do rather than becoming his accomplices to bother me?!"

"Ah, why~?! We did enjoy this! Besides, we didn't side anyone, we just acted based on what we observed, right Taeyeon-ah?" Hyoyeon asked which Taeyeon could only reply with a laugh.

"Anyways, I just want to ask some help from my best friend." Key said sweetly, using his typical voice and tone when he wanted a help which usually Onew was the one who listened the most since Onew did help many times to finish his homework.

"What it is?"

"I feel so lonely. Don't you have any friend to introduce to me?"

Sooyoung's eyes went bigger as he didn't stop shocking her continuously. Luckily, she swallowed everything in before letting him said out what he wanted. What's so wrong with him? Did he already become expert at shocking her and making her wavering like this?

Hyoyeon and Taeyeon froze at their seat at the twist in this situation since it was so unexpected. They just silently observed Sooyoung, couldn't help but feeling worried for how she reacted to it.

"Why are you asking me?! No, I don't know anyone! Don't you always brag how handsome you are?! Can't you find yourself?! Aish, seriously..." As expected, Sooyoung lost her temper.

Hyoyeon and Taeyeon were not brave enough to interfere their conversation and just became the silent audiences.

What was more shocking in this situation was how Key reacted when Sooyoung lost her temper. He just smiled widely while asking, "Why are you so mad?" It seemed like it was the reaction that Key had been looking forward to. Hyoyeon and Taeyeon glanced at each other as they both were confused.

Sooyoung was speechless when she was caught off guard. She didn't expect that she couldn't even control her own feelings now and that scared her so much. "Wh... who said I'm mad because of your matter?! It's because I lost my appetite!"

Key's smile became wider as Sooyoung continued defending herself with nonsense explanation. "Then, why did you lose your appetite?"

Sooyoung became more nervous as she never thought that Key would take this seriously and went into it deeper. "Ho... how I'm supposed to control that?! If I can control my hunger and appetite, would I eat this much?!" She eventually got up and walked away to avoid further worsen her embarrassment.

"Yes!" Key grasped his fist and left, looking so excited.

"What was that?" At the end of the day, Taeyeon and Hyoyeon were the one left in the dark, finding this situation so absurd and confusing. Sooyoung lost her appetite which never happened once before and Key also behaved strangely that they still couldn’t comprehend.

The girls were in the class, waiting for the bell to ring. Even the teacher ended the class earlier than usual, the school gate won’t be opened until the bell ringing. However, only Jessica was nowhere to be seen.

Usually, if there was free time like this, Seohyun would never waste it and occupied it with beneficial thing like revising or reading. However, she was acting strangely today, like a different person. She didn’t do anything and just zoned out, staring at the window blankly.

As expected, the girls were quick to realize it. Taeyeon called her. “Seohyun-ah, what’s wrong?”

Seohyun didn’t give response which caused the girls to glance at each other, wondering if any one of them might have known the reason.

“Seohyun-ah!” Hyoyeon called her louder while shaking her arm.

“Yes!” Seohyun exclaimed like she just realized from immersing into her own world. Her eyes went bigger as she found out that all her unnies’ eyes were on her.

“You’re acting strangely. Is there any problem?” Yuri asked friendily.

Seohyun seemed hesitant to tell everything. “Actually, there’s something bothering my minds lately. I’m not sure if I should say this.”

“What it is?” Yoona put her hand on Seohyun’s shoulder. “You can share it with us. Maybe we can find solution if we brainstorm together.”

“Is it a problem concerning to Yonghwa?” Hyoyeon still didn’t stop teasing maknae.

“Ah, unnie! I’m being serious right now!” Seohyun glared. “He doesn’t concern anything to me by the way!”

Hyoyeon just chuckled wholeheartedly. She knew Yonghwa was also the reason why Seohyun had changed a lot lately. She just was too stubborn to admit it. “Alright, alright. What is your concern?”

“I maybe wrong but somehow, lately, I felt like I’m being stalked.”

“WHAT?!” All her unnies were shocked to find out about it.

“Are you really sure about it? It may be just your feeling.” Sooyoung replied, asking Seohyun to think carefully before pointing out to any person because it will be a serious problem in case they pointed at the wrong person.

“I don’t know too if it’s just my feeling but it’s just so frequent that it’s kind of worrying me.” Seohyun explained.

Yoona looked at Taeyeon. “Don’t you feel it too?” She asked as usually Taeyeon and Seohyun stopped at the same bus stop as their houses were located in the same neighborhood.

Taeyeon shook her head. “I don’t think so. Just feel like usual.”

Seohyun further explained. “When I was walking with Taeyeon unnie, it’s still fine but once unnie left, I felt like someone watching me. I tried to found out by myself who it was but there’s no one.”

“I think we should do something about this.” Sunny said.

Tiffany agreed. “That’s right. We can’t be silent, there are a lot of cases of ert and lately around your neighbor.”

Their discussion was forced to end when there was other outstanding event that attracted their attention away. A loud dolphin scream was occupying the surrounding area including the girls’ class. Everyone seemed puzzled and confused of what was going on especially the scream that sounded so horrifying.
