It was nearly 3 am as they arrived in school, and Siyeon was dead tired, but Mao didn't want to let her sleep yet. The only thing he said to that was that she was excused for the next day. They sat down in the cafeteria, which was empty and thus even bigger looking than before. Mao didn't come to the point immediately, he simply stared at Siyeon without blinking even once. “What?” she asked him and he chuckled. “You have no clue what's going on, do you?”

Confused, Siyeon looked at him, having the urge to hit him so badly. “I don't know though what's up with that guy and the urge to get your memory or whatsoever,” Mao admitted, “but that's not important here, as for now. What's important is what he has done to your body, Siyeon. Since you are an Ísos, you possess both red and blue line. However, whatever that guy did to you, he blocked your lines and thus causing in a disturbance in your flow of both lines. He hasn't block it completely because whoever that guy was he doesn't possess this ability.”

Mao raised his hand and pointed at her. “If you don't get rid off this, it will kill you.”

Siyeon paled instantly and her stomach sank down to her knees. “That guy wanted to block your powers completely but I guess that was beyond his abilities and he did a lousy job with it and somehow made something very strange. You can compare it to someone who's stepping on a water hose. Your powers will gather before that clogged place and sooner or later, boom.” Mao made a movement with his hand, so as if a bomb would explode and Siyeon paled only even more, if it was even possible..

“You mean my power would kill me?” she whispered and Mao nodded. “But... wouldn't the same happen when someone would block my powers?” This time, Mao shook his head. “If someone properly blocks your power, blocks it in a right way, then nothing would happen. It's more like someone just pulled the plug, you know. But yours... that idiot pampered with a technique only a few mastered. Geez, and the fact that you pushed your powers didn't make this any better. On the opposite, it only fastened the process to your melting point. Good thing that I am here now.”

Siyeon was completely speechless and even she should speak she didn't know what she should say anyways. The fact that she could have died at any minute shocked her the most and that no one actually had noticed it. “Is there a way to cure it?” Mao looked like he would hit her at any minute but he only leaned forward a bit and narrowed his eyes. “Didn't you listen? That's why I am here.” He ruffled her head while pushing her head down a bit. “Will it hurt?”

Somehow, the question was completely unnecessary because Siyeon got the answer from his expression right away. “You can bet that this will hurt, but after that you will be able to use your powers to your current potential. Don't get me wrong, I think you have a great potential to become a great Mageíya, but you need to grow for that. As for now though, I will help you to reach your current potential. But for now...
