Why…

“We have to go…”

Why…

I stared at myself in the mirror. Black never suited me. It remembered me of darkness…of cold…death…

“Come on…”

A hand on my shoulder pulled me out of my daze and I looked up into the mirror, two dark orbs filled with sorrow greeting me. Those eyes that were once filled with laughter and light were now empty….lifeless.

“Let’s go” the eyes spoke as a tear rolled out of it

My body seemed to be twice its usual weigh as I tried to get up. My fist was holding the letter that was now stained with salty tears. All of this felt surreal…

Wake up…

My eyes filled up with water again as my lip started trembling.

Wake up…

A hand grabbed my wrist and pulled me away from the mirror. I kept looking at my reflection and the last thing I saw was a tear rolling down my face.
