1)He/She must have done some achievement for the Schools image in order to qualify.The student who wanted to be one of the Campus Top Elites should have done something worth recognizing for.
2)He/She must be nominated by a professor, student council staffs, or should at least be nominated via vote of the students.
3)Doesn't need to be Beauty nor to be Handsome, but should at least keep the campus image always a prior.
4)Should not fail in any subject.
5)Should be a good Role Model.
