Foreword
On Moonlit Nights...
Ashes flew around the air like snow on a winter day. The smell of smoke was intoxicating and groups of people carrying flashlights and lanterns scurried around to pick up anything salvageable amongst the piles of debris as quickly as possible, wanting to leave the site more than anything else. But two students remained still, standing by the remnants of what looked like an old pear tree.
There were no clouds in the clear night sky and light of the crescent moon illuminated everything in its path. The ashes were glowing brightly as they seemed to swirl around the stationary pair.
“As soon as we graduate high school, let’s meet here again,” he said to her.
“It’s a promise right?” she barely whispered, tears streaming down her face.
Before he could answer, footsteps and voices arrived and the couple found themselves being dragged in opposite directions.
“I’ll see you then, Sunggyu! Alright!?”
“Be safe!”
Sunggyu looked up at the looming moon. It looked back at him, almost taunting him. He stared at it and put all of his heart into his one and only plea.
“Please, make sure we find each other again.”

Everyone knows I shouldn't be doing this. Sigh.
I was rewatching Infinite's Director's Cut episode and the song '2011 신라의 달밤' was really sad and this plot just sprung up in my head.
Don't worry~ It'll probably be short. Maybe two or three parts at maximum.
