My Diet Journey & KPop Idols Diet

hi ok so after looking at a bunch of diet plans (especially of kpop idols) and spent a few days learning whats good and whats not, and how many calories i should be eating, how many calories there are in a lot of different foods, etc.. i came up with some healthy foods to put on my plan that i will be sharing.. 

my current weight and height is 5"3 (163cm) and 119lbs (53kg)- my goal is to be atleast 109lbs (49kg) by the end of april-thats about 10lbs (4kg) ! so i should get startedd!-- i decided to do this diet because honestly i dont usually like what i see in the mirror, and i basically stare at those kpop idols all day and of course, i become jealous and honestly i almost never wear skinny jeans and other apparels because of my weight, it just doesnt look as nice, so i decided to work for it so i can be more happy with myself! 

I try to go to the gym everyday for around an hour or so (i will be sharing my routine after)

Since im just 14 and still growing and in school i cant stop eating much and i still need eveything like protein in every meal, etc..

so this is my plan and what ive been eating.

these are like different combinations i switch a little everyday or two:

Breakfast (~ 6:30-7:00): 

- 1 boiled egg with almond milk (its actually very good and less fat)            or

- small bowl of quinoa cocoa cereal, 1 banana, water                                   or

- oatmeal, fruits: 1 banana,strawberries,raspeberries, blueberries            or

- smoothie: strawberry and banana (i make it myself so theres like no sugar,etc), slices of turkey or ham, and sometimes i wrap it around cheese      or

- 1 slice of whole weat toast, 1 egg , almond milk or water                         or

- low fat yogurt, fruits

Morning Snack (~9:30): 

- seaweed ( they are only like 10 calories a pack!) 

- Fruits

- 5 almonds 

Lunch(11:20-12)

- chicken , sweet potatoes (rice 1-2 times a week), vedgetables: cucumbers, carrots, cherry tomatoes, green peppers

- couscus with chicken or tofu with vedgetables: zuchini, beetroot, carrots (you can put any vedgetables you like really)

- lettuce wrapped around chicken  

- red meat (its necessary every like 2 weeks or so)

Afternoon Snack(~ 3:15-3:30 (after school) (lol k the girl group)): 

- fruits 

-5 almonds 

- 1nature valley/fibre 1/ chewy bar (if im going to the gym) 

Dinner (before 7:30):

- chicken , salad 

- soup 

- sushi

-fish & salad

-salmon & salad 

- -- - -

Around 8:00PM or something i make a cup of tea and i sometimes add those very small spoons, like cofee spoons of honey. If i have time i make tea in the morning so i can take it and drink it in class. I make green tea, it burns calories!

I try to avoid desert as much as possible, but sometimes its just so hard so sometimes i have: 

Desert: 

- Fruits

- strawberry milkshake with JUST A LITTLEEEEEE TINY BIT OF chocolate sauce

During the weekends i make these carrot chips wich are actually quite good that you should try! I cut the carrots in thin long slices, add a little bit of olive oil and vedgetable salt on top of them, put them in the oven (350F) for around 10-20 minutes- i like them more crispy so i leave it in for even 30 minutes sometimes. Also i make hummus and i eat it with vedgetables, during the weekendsss

EXERCISE: 

I try to go to the gym every day, even on the weekends for around an hour- an hour and a half. sometimes i even take my friends and my sister comes with me very often since shes also on a diet. But of course, some days i cant because of homework or if i REALLY dont feel like it but i usually force myself too. 

ok so this is my ROUTINE: 

- 10 minutes of stretching: stretch, 10-15 sit-ups, jump rope

- treadmil: walk for about 5-10 minutes and then I run for another 10-15 minutes

- bicycle: around 10 minutes 

- treadmill: another 10 minutes of running 

i made a special playlist for the gym too. it is mostly girl group songs (so i can think of their amazing body UGH lol) and hip hop and stuff.. and i put it on loud so it pumps me up

                                                                        Girl, Miss Right (I always listen to this one), - U-Kiss<3: Neverland, - Secret: love is move, magic, shy boy, madonna, - SIstar: So cool, 

                                                                        - Big Bang: fantastic baby, -2ne1: i am the best, - Hyori: U go girl, - Bigstar: hot boy, - I11evn: broken radio, rap city, -Apink: Buibibu, 

                                                                         - C-Clown: Solo, - MBLAQ<3<3: Mona Lisa, Y, ETC

                                    I have a lot more but im not gonna list them all, so yeah! 

also before the shower i do like 10 push-ups and try to do like 50 jumping jacks

ok so yeah this is my diet-- i think that about every 2 weeks i lose about 3-4lbs (1kg)... im not sure! But after this week my mom is letting me do this diet where supposedly you can lose 10lbs (4kg) in like 10 days or like 2 weeks (healthy)  im not sure so yeah maybe ill even reach my goal before the end of april so im SUPER EXCITED. ill definetly post about it if it works! my sister will also be doing it with me and we said that after we reach our goal weight we'd order KFC and go to the gym after hahah, cause weve been craving KFC since we started this diet and we are like desperate needing some KFC...!!!

wow im turning thirteen in september and thats my goal to lose weight too! Except i can't help to eat not much food, thanks for the advice though!

Hi :) I'm 16 years old, 5'3 and 62 kg :( I've been trying to lose down to at least 49kg for 2 years now :o I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I watch every bite that I eat and I like to do kpop dances a lot. But my freshman year in high school I weighed about 47kg and now I weigh 62kg in my junior year :/ I look forward to your updates on how your diet is going ^^ I'll try anything XD

You seem very healthy and your food sounds delicious. Quinoa cocoa cereal?! Where did you find that? It sounds yummy~ Quinoa is very benefial. So is green tea, I drink it 2x a day! But you should stretch after warming up your muscles, not before, because stretching a cold muscle could cause you to pull something. I think it's great that you're not depriving yourself and that you seem to be eating enough. I admire your structure and determination. I'm also on a health craze (16, 5'0, roughly 96-100 lbs) and I'm trying to build muscle and increase the number on the scale without gaining fat. Good luck~
