another time, another place

Description

The story starts like this. There is no damsel in distress ― a young lady with an abusive stepmother, or a princess dreaming of freedom in a land far away. There is no prince charming riding a white horse or knight in shining armor. There isn’t any fairy godmother, or a fancy ball thrown by the royal family in the quest of finding the perfect girl for their crown prince. But there is Kim Jongin, and there is also Jung Soojung. It is a magical summer. Isn't summer the perfect season to fall in love?

Foreword

There is never a time or place for true love. It happens accidentally,
in a heartbeat, in a single flashing, throbbing moment.

Chapter 1: This was beautifully written once again and so much fun to read. The words flowed so well and the plot was cute, despite the ending. Krystal and Kai's way of taunting each other got a laugh out of me several times, but that love-hate relationship of theirs turned out to be so sweet. I especially love the beach scene as well as when he kisses her and she doesn't know why his lips are salty. I loved that and the ending was expected but that's life
Thank you shida for an awesome read

Chapter 1: re-read this again I can't get over how sad this story actually are. the most depressing part of the story are when jongin falls out love. your story really talked about summer crush, "summer crushes" can really make someone's summer so much better and you have so much fun, but it really is depressing when you two have to broke up because summer is over.

I love how jongin always the one who calm the princess down, I love how jongin , how they quarrel at first, how soojung always complain and whinned about everything yet jongin never leave her side. <3

Chapter 1: somehow when I read through this (again), I could picture these scenes coming out alive in my head really. I could picture a cold, y Jung Soojung who complains everything about the countryside from the water heater to long walks and yet when she gets the toy, she's as childish as any human being could ever be too. Then there's Jongin, everything about him here is so gullible from the way he chooses to call soojung by her Korean name to the way of how he proudly brags about his small hometown to her. I like how they quarrel at first merely because of coins & her saying, of how she wishes to use the extra bullets to shoot him & how jongin being somehow intimidated of her and yet he still teases her no ends. My favorite scene would be when she's crying over how they weren't able to go to the beach because it's raining except that she's isn't crying because of that but because she had to leave. I wish that she would've told him that she's leaving & they could've had a proper goodbye but then again like you stated this isn't meant to end with a happy ending :/
