Sometimes ignorance is bliss.~

“I hate her.

I hate her.

I hate her!”

        I screamed in my head.

“I hate her..."

        “Because no matter what you do, you cannot forgive her betrayal..." A faint voice whispered, “She's happy now. It’s time to move on.”

I slammed myself violently against the hard brick wall. 

        But I love her so much. How could she just leave me like that? She didn’t even look back that day…did my love not mean anything to her?

I felt my tears trickling down my face once again. Yes a man shouldn’t cry but I love her too much to care anymore. She has completely shattered me. 

       “Baby, where are you now…?” I whispered, hoping she would be able to hear me.

Four years ago Cyndi died... but it wasn't an accident. It was a suicide. A suicide that Donghae did not know why, and he has been shattered ever since. He hated her for giving up on herself, on him, and on their future so easily. But day by day he only finds hismelf falling deeper and deeper in love with her...He was absolutely mesmerized.

       "I thought she has forsaken me...with that devious baby eating her inside out, and I could only hate her for not giving herself another chance, for not giving me a chance to save her. But what I didn't know was something so much more sinister...yet I had my back turned all this time. I realize now how cruel and how coldblooded I was. I am ashamed, yet its all too late now...please...bring me back to make things right."

Maybe Donghae won't ever see Cyndi again in this life time  but he is still willing to love her for the rest of his life. He's waiting. Time is ticking. But this time, there is no going back... Donghae cannot erase all the blemishes and all the harm he has done. He cannot go back in time and undo his mistakes. However, he has a chance. A chance offered by heaven to walk down that lonesome path of their past and see nothing but the candid truth.
