“Would you jump?”
“It depends. Do you want me to jump?”
“I don’t think my opinion would matter in this situation.”
“It does.”
“Then yes, I do want you to jump.”
“Then I shall not jump.”
“I see. Have you learnt to move on yet?”
“Not quite. I’ve just come to the realisation that your opinion does not matter anymore. The opinions of others should not determine the way I live, or in this case, the way I die.”
“I’m glad. I can finally rest without having to worry for you anymore.”
“I know. Rest well, dear older sister. Hopefully, we do not meet too soon.”
“Take care Taeyeon. There is still a lot left in the world to experience. Don’t throw away your life as easily as I did when many struggle to keep their own. Life is a gift and the world can make that gift better or worse. Take good care of whatever gift you have no matter how tattered and tainted it is.”
“I know. I can’t promise anything but I will try.”
“Thank you.”
