Guide to Kpop Diet (this is what idols do)

Diets

Idols do diets a lot. I mean, even though they look pretty and all they still do diet.

Yes. Even though they look very thin.

Since I love kpop, I decided to make this guide.

I know nobody likes dieting at all.

But let's face it.

Even though we don't like it, we still need it.

Rules

Like what Super Junior's Shindong said...

"If you don't plan to stay on your diet then don't do it"

I agree to that.

So think first if you want to do dieting or not.

If you don't have the guts to eat in small proportions then don't dare to do dieting.

But you don't have to do food dieting you know.

You can eat whatever you want but do what Pil Suk from Dream High did.

That will be our rule number one.

#1 Eat like a queen for breakfast, eat like a commoner for lunch, and eat like a beggar for dinner.

But remember that you can never skip meals.

Skipping meals can make you loose your muscles and leave fats behind.

Inshort, if you skip meals, you'll get a flabby body.

Especially, when you don't do any work outs.

And no, dancing isn't a workout.

Because you can earn a lot of muscles while working out.

While you can earn only a little amount of muscles while dancing.

But it depends on what dance you are dancing.

But still, you can earn a lot from working out.

But if you are 21 and under, don't lift weights 'cause it makes you stop growing.

It's okay if you don't want to do workouts but make sure that you dance your way out.

That's what idols do.

They dance.

So even though they eat a lot, they could loose weight easily because of dancing.

So even though they don't workouts you could notice that they loose weight.

This is what Snsd and 2yoon did.

If you want to loose weight by dancing, you can dance 2yoon's 24/7.

They lost weight by dancing this.

You can also dance T ara's Lovey Dovey or Snsd's Gee to loose weight.

If you're not the type of the person who likes dancing, you can do the rule number two.

#2 Think wisely.

If you think wisely, you could use your body wisely.

Like what 4minute's Hyuna did.

She uses stairs instead of using the elevator.

So use stairs instead of elevators too if you want to.

And just walk instead of using any vehicle.

Like going in your school, you could walk or use your bike instead of taking the bus or your parents' car.

You can also use the treadmil if you want to.

But make sure to be...

#3 Be motivated.

I could share pictures of idols who were over weight back then and very slim right now.

That could make you be motivated to do diets, dancing diets, food diets or any diets.

Now what I want you to do is look at these pictures everyday to feel motivated.

#4 Find your inspiration.

If you have any skinny biases with the same gender as you, then make them your inspiration to do diets.

After that, I want you to print a picture of them standing where you can see their whole body.

Get a mirror then put your bias' picture beside your mirror.

Look at yourself then hide your mirror.

Don't look at mirrors for a week while dieting then look at yourself in the mirror after it.

Looking at yourself in a mirror everyday will make you feel like nothing has change.

So if you looked in the mirror after a week of dieting then you'll see the results.

#5 Control yourself.

Control your hunger.

If you feel hungry after eating a small meal then you must control yourself.

There's no one there to tell you that you need to control yourself but you.

Just take a look at other male idol's arms and legs.

They are thinner than female idols' arms and legs.

Now, one question.

Do you want to look fatter than your bias?

You don't, don't you?

Now after reading this, I want you to go to youtube then start learning the dances I recommended.

Chapter 9: I dont quite understand this one though. You said the first step to bend left knee but then you said to keep your free leg straight? I want to try this but your instructions were quite contradicting with the pic given and the pic not giving much either

Can I jut say that mot all of the idolsyou put of "overweight idols" were overweight. Some of them were normal weight lmao

Hi, I'm new just wanted to share my Kpop diet experience. I started it on August of 2013 and 6 months later went from 335lbs to 200lbs, took 6 months after that to get 185lbs, currently stuck here. :)
I ate right, worked out on the treadmill and danced 5 days out of 7. My little machine and my kpop filled Ipad gave me the inspiration to keep on going. Till this day, I've kept my weight. Don't give up everyone. It works! just keep dancing.
