"Come in, everyone. We're afraid...Soonkyu is suffering from amnesia. Seeing you all, though, she should regain whatever memories she has lost. I'll leave you all alone with her."

"Oh my God, she's awake."

"No way."

"Soonkyu...Soonkyu..."

Soonkyu opened her eyes immediately, hearing her name. The lights above her were bright enough to blind her. The colors around her were sea foam and cream, two colors that didn't make her feel particularly welcome. Where was she? This was not an enviornment she had ever seen before. On top of that, she was surrounded by...ten people. People she had never seen before. A mix of very attractive boys and girls. Soonkyu's brain was jumbled and frightened. She screamed and screamed and screamed. The boys were covering their ears. The girls were mostly all crying. She didn't care. Soonkyu screamed even more, so much that her small headache became a migrane. She stopped and took a breath as two girls stood from chairs and approached her bedside.

One of them had long, wavy, rainbow colored hair. "Soonkyu. It's okay. It's Hyoyeon and Taeyeon. Don't worry," Soonkyu's eyes widened as she tried to back away desperately from the strangers. Both of her arms were attached to IVs next to her, and she was lying down in bed, making it awfully hard to move. Hyoyeon reached out to Soonkyu, but she just shook her head madly, refusing to speak. Hyoyeon turned to Taeyeon and retracted her hand. "What's happened to Soonkyu?" A boy reached over to the table next to Soonkyu, a boy with pink hair, and took the clipboard that was sitting on it.

"The doctor said that she has amnesia," He said, running his hand through his hair. "But I have no idea why she wouldn't remember you two..."

Hyoyeon started to cry again. "Soonkyu...don't you remember? Girls Generation? We just came out with our new song. We were working on our album. Come on, you've gotta remember!"

Soonkyu was stuck to her bed in disbelief and terror. Taeyeon sat back down and took Hyoyeon's hand to sit with her. They could tell their friend didn't remember at all. "I got a boy, meotjin. I got a boy, chakhan. I got a boy, handsome boy, naemam dagajyeo gan." Taeyeon sang quietly. The group looked up at Soonkyu, expecting some kind of reaction. She gave none, her eyes still wide open in shock.

"Get the hell out of my room, all of you," Soonkyu spoke. The boys and girls gasped, hearing her voice for the first time in five months. There was no immediate response, so she began to yell. "I don't know who any of you are! Get out! Get out!" Suddenly, Soonkyu's doctor ran in. He ushered everyone out, giving her some space.

"Lee Soonkyu. You've just been in a coma for five months. You have a very extreme case of amnesia...We need you to speak to your friends so we can take any steps we can to regaining your memory." The doctor said placidly. Soonkyu started to hyperventilate.

"That's not possible. No," Soonkyu said. The doctor shook his head in sadness. Soonkyu took a second to calm down before saying, "Get me out of this bed. I need to go for a walk." She ripped the IV out of her arm and stood while the doctor tried to get her back in bed. Her arms were bleeding and her head hurt, but Soonkyu pushed the doctor over and took a few steps before breaking out into a run for the door.
