A glimpse:

He isn't one to open up easily to people, yes he knows. That's why he's seen as this cold person, but he doesn't really mind; he kind of likes that about himself. He has big eyes, yes he knows. So he squints like an idiot most of the time; he kind of hates being that owlish person. He has white skin, yes he knows. That is exactly why he stays out in the sun half of his life; he kind of hates being that porcelain kid. He has soft features, yes he knows. There’s nothing much he can do about that, but he’s sure to keep hating the fact just the same. He doesn’t want to be dubbed as weak; he kind of hates that too, after all.

So here’s the typical Do Kyungsoo: cold, big eyed, white-skinned, soft weakling. Everything about his existence is pretty much summarized in those words. Plus these: best friend of Kim Jongin. 

Now if only he can figure out why the idea irks him so much, he probably won’t have to walk home alone that particular day. And he certainly won’t have to suffer from the series of doubts and torn feelings that arise thereafter.

God has made him boring like that, so why can’t the universe just man up and respect it? Ugh, how he hates twists in life. He thinks they  the most. Really.

Author's Notes:

This story's sole purpose is to be an entry to a writing contest, although it can also be (1) to unleash Kaisoo/Chansoo feels, (2) make those Kaisoo/Chansoo shippers happy, and (3) bring joy to the world! LOL. And I am so conceited, why am I like this?

WARNING: I don't really know if I ever delivered the prompt. LOL. I just kind of thought of this story line and inserted the prompt randomly. And I can't believe I'm saying that here. But yeah, just a warning bell or something so you know, you don't get disappointed if ever.
