Difference is my second chapter-ed fan-fiction and it is on my favorite actors and singers.
Lee Jongsuk is a high schooler who suddenly went missing and he turned into something he despised so much. Krystal Jung Soojung wasn't sure if she liked Jongsuk, but after hanging out with Jongsuk's childhood friend and her classmate, Kim Woobin who told her that his best friend liked her, she realized that she actually liked Jongsuk. After he got promoted to be as an inspector, Nam Woohyun had to chase the killer that had been around for five months now.
If you're aware, Kim Woobin once acted as a vampire in Vampire Idol and i kind of thought of Jongsuk as a vampire. Surprisingly in my mind, he was so suitable as a vampire. And I know that Jongsuk and Krystal were in High Kick 3 as siblings, but I decided to make them as lovers. Woohyun as an inspector? That's pretty funny but I enjoyed writing Woohyun as an inspector. I have Daniel Choi and Lee Hi (I used her real name, Hayi) in this fic too.
FYI, I picked the title Difference while listening to Vodka Rain. I loved the lyrics. In case you've never heard of them, you should check them out. K-Indie is as awesome as K-pop. /dances to Glen Check/
I really, really, and really hope that you, my dearest reader, would finish this story and enjoyed it as much as I enjoy writing it. I have to say that English is not my first language, so there would be glitch in my choice of words. I also will be stalling quite bad, because I'm juggling with lots of things, watching those DVDs I have and also writing and reading so many fan-fictions at one time. Comments and critisism are most welcome. Only those would make me a better writer. I am not perfect but I hope you would enjoy reading this fan-fic and I hope you'd enjoy it till the end.

Foreword
It was two in the morning and the night was unusually dark. The only source of light came from the moon, high in the sky.
Eighteen-years-old Lee Jongsuk wiped away the ruby red liquid stain from his lips with the back of his hands. His fangs ascend into his gums and his blood red eyes shifted into a warm dark shade of brown. The taste of liquid quenched the burning thirst in his throat. He realized it had been a while since his last meal. Was it a week or two ago, he cannot recall.
His victim fell onto the grey pavement. Looking at the lifeless figure below him, he felt a pinch of overwhelming regret in his heart. Jongsuk feels that every time he kills. He had hoped he hadn’t taken a life away again, but he had.
Surviving a life like this wasn’t easy. You may live till eternity, seeing children grow up into mature adults and adults getting older every time and eventually die… while you just stay like that forever. But that eternity comes with its price. For the first month, he had tried to kill himself in every way that came to his mind but there he was. Jongsuk reminiscent the moment he faced five months ago, just like any of his innocent victims faced during his kill. As much as that horrific memory crept into his mind, he wanted to push it away and forget about it altogether. The pain he had suffered… he thought he was going to die for good but when he woke up, he felt a thousand times better than before. Surprisingly, the awe was short-lived. His throat suffered an excruciating pain – like one’s tummy begging for food. He dashed into the cold winter evening, and for the first time, he killed his first prey with his two bare hands… and his fangs.
Jongsuk looked at his masterpiece. It looked clean and he was satisfied with himself. He deliberately smiled. Anyone who sees this would freak out since it looked very frightening. As long as no one was following his tail and discover what he was, he would be at ease.
Though he was desperate to search for his humanity, Jongsuk realized that he can never run from the fact that he was a monster… a merciless vampire.
