This was spawned from a one-shot that I initially had no intention to post anywhere... but... here it is now, for what it's worth. I don't know if I'm qualified to write Taeny because their interactions are always so special and I haven't had the opportunity to experience what they do. But yeah. I don't know where this will go or even if I'll continue haha. Also, a disclaimer is in order: while I tried to ground the story around real-life Taeny events and facts I kinda lobbed the events around so they fit the storyline better, so the timeline is not sequential.
