I Want to Be With You

"You've got to be kidding me. Yuri, this is not a joke"

"I'm not joking...I already talked to higher people and they agreed to it. If you're worried about the money, I'll handle it. Just come with me and we'll live a happy life" Yuri touches Minho's hand

"why are you doing this? I know you, Yuri. You will never do something like this unless you have a selfish reason!!" Minho removes his hand from Yuri's touch

"reason?? I don't need to have a reason. I'm only doing this for your own good and you're my boyfriend so there's nothing wrong if you will be with me forever"

"you're lying, Yuri. I know how your mind works and what you're thinking" Minho pauses to gain strength to say what he want to say "is this....is this because of Yoona?" he directly asked her without a doubt

"Fine! I admit it...It's because of her!!"

"why? That's a very lousy reason of yours!!" Minho yelled and people inside the restaurant can hear them fighting

"Minho. I'm just trying to secure the things that are mine!!"

"just like what I said...you're doing this because of your selfishness. Yoona has nothing to do with it"

"she has, Minho. I don't want to see that girl sticking all her way to you that's why I'm taking you away from her"

"Yoona is not like that!! I'm the one who is sticking myself to her though she's pushing me away!! Don't make assumptions like that especially about Yoona"

"why are you being like this?" Yuri is already teary

"You don't need to know. I don't want to go with you, no matter what happen. Actually, I don't want to be with you anymore" Minho stands up from his seat and turns his face away from Yuri

"I thought you want to fulfill your dreams and get back the life that you had before?" Yuri wasn't able to hold her tears in her eyes and it suddenly just flow on her cheeks

"sometimes, things change. Right now, there's one thing that I know that I want and I don't want to let go of it. It's not you nor my dreams, it's the person that is making me happy and contented right now"

"I love you, Minho and you said that you love me too"

"I thought that I love you but no, I'm not and I never loved you. I was wrong. I just realized that I already love someone else for a long time" Minho walks away leaving Yuri with a painful heart. She sits down with a very frustrated look. Minho dumped me. Minho doesn't want me anymore. What is with that Yoona that I don't have?

Minho speeds up the car. He's really worried that he let Yoona wait for so long. He will be so dead once he arrived. Minho is already on the place. He starts to feel very nervous, not because he will tell her his feelings but, Yoona might scold him for being late. Minho leaves the car and he didn't mind to look on the mirror first before facing Yoona. He looks around the forest and in the valley but he couldn't find her. Where is Yoona? Minho gets back on the car and guesses that Yoona must be back at the house. It can either that she waited for him or she didn't really come. 

Minho is so worried that it makes him sweat so much. It is cold inside but he's perspiring. Only negative things are crossing inside his mind. He can't set his mind straight because of too much worry. Minho is already near the house when he saw a taxi that is stopping by Yoona's house. The taxi's door opens and a girl with brown semi-straight hair hair comes out. It was Yoona. She doesn't look mad or pissed instead, she is still jolly when she thanked the driver. As the taxi driver left, Minho immediately parks the car in front of the house. He rushes to the house and Yoona is climbing the stairs. Yoona felt Minho's entrance in the house but she ignored it

"Yoona" Minho grabs Yoona's arm but she's just rejecting his touch so Minho grabs her hand again and holds it tight

"what are you doing??!! Let go of me!!" Yoona yelled

"I'll let you go if you'll tell me the reason!! Why are you ignoring me?" Minho has no doubt to his self that Yoona didn't go to the place where they were supposed to meet so he's wondering why Yoona is still cold to him. He knows that he's been saying sorry for so many times but Yoona is like a deaf person. Aren't his apologies enough for Yoona?

"you told me that you want to meet me and wair for you on the valley?? But where are you? You didn't show up!!You didn't even call me or text me that you won't make it!! I waited for 3 long hours, Minho!"

Minho starts to loosen his grip from Yoona's wrist. He can't believe of what he just heard. She waited for me? She came and waited for me? Minho can't think of the right thing to do. Should he be happy about it or feel pity that Yoona really waited for him?

"I thought you didn't........."

"I didn't come?? But I did, Minho. You begged me to go there so I need to be there. Why? Did you change your mind or you're just playing with me?" Yoona is really pissed that random assumptions are coming out of her mouth.  Minho is not sure if he should answer it honestly but still, Yoona will find out he's lying

"I......I talked to Yuri" Minho stuttered.

"then what are you doing here? I don't want to see you!! Go away!! Go back to your girlfriend and don't ever let me see your face again!!"

Yoona is now teary. She takes away her hand from Minho's grip and walks away. Minho tries to catch her but she locks up herself inside her room. Yoona leans his body behind the door and slowly, she slides her body down until she is sitting on the floor. She hugs her knees and cries so hard. Yoona is trying her best to control her tears but still, they keep on fleeing away from her eyes. Minho is knocking on the door consecutively and his already losing his hope that Yoona will open the door but he don't want to leave. He knows that Yoona is sitting on the floor right behind the door.

"Yoona....Yoong, I'm so sorry. I know I should've prioritized you but...I never thought that you'd really come. I know that your mad at me and it's the reason why I had that thought" Minho is controlling the tears in his eyes

"when I talked to Yuri, she told me something. She said that she will leave the day after tomorrow and...then she asked me if I want to go with her and settle our lives permanently. Working and living abroad is my dream since I experienced how hard my life became in here. To be honest, I really hated living here because I always remember the tragic things that happened in my life. But....everything changed when I met the girl that is inside my heart right now. All those bad memories feels like it's been erased and now, it's filled with the happy moments that I was with her and her son. I told Yuri that I don't want to go with her. I don't want to be away from the girl that I love so much. I don't want to let go of her. I don't want to leave her alone. I want to be with her, take care of her and love her with all my heart. I want to play with her adorable son like there's no tomorrow. My relationship with Yuri for almost a year, I thought I loved her but I just realized that I never loved her. Kwon Yuri is not the girl that I want to love, it's you, Yoona. I acted cold and harsh to you before because I always feel different when you're around. My heart starts to beat fast and I can't even control that feeling. Even before we met the 2nd time, every time I think about how pretty and cute the girl that I was on a plane together, it makes me feel happy. As we started living together, I got that chance to know you better so I told myself, I'm going to give my best to make this girl happy and Yoogeun too. When Yuri got back and went on a date with her, I was thinking of you the whole day. We watched the same movie that we watched before and I missed the cute sobbing Yoona who looks really funny in my eyes. I am acting like this because I promised myself that I'm going to protect you, take care of you and let you know that I' here for you. I want to show those things to you because that time, I still didn't know that I'm already in love with you. I never acted this way towards a girl before, only you. Yoona, I really love you to death and I can't leave without you" Minho pauses and wipes the tears in his eyes

"I really want to hold your hand and hug you as tight as I can. I really miss the Yoona that I used to see and I want to let her know how much I love her"Yoona slowly stops crying as she listens to every word that Minho speaks. Is he lying to make me feel okay? Are all of these true? How can he forget about his dreams and sacrificed them just because he loves me?

"Yoona, I want to see you right now. I miss you" Minho's voice sounded so sad. The door suddenly opens and Minho sees how hard Yoona cried

"Minho, I'm really......" Yoona's words are cut by Minho's lips. He kisses him passionately and Yoona can't help herself but to respond with the kiss. She wraps her arms around Minho's neck. Minho deepens the kiss as he leans Yoona closer to him. Yoona breaks the kiss and Minho wipes her tears. He kisses her forehead and says

"I love you, Yoona"

 "I love you too"
