"Nurse Im!" 

Im Yoona—who was walking down the rehabilitation center's alley with her patients' file on her hand—looked back, and found Yang Hyunsuk, her patient, calling her name with a fatherly smile he always had.

"Yes, Hyunsuk-ahjussi?" She immediately smiled and walked to Yang Hyunsuk. Hyunsuk also approached Yoona by moving his wheelchair.

Wheelchair?

Yes, if you're wondering, Im Yoona worked as a nurse at a rehabilitation center for people with disabilities. And most of her patients were men who got paralyzed or got amputated. Most of them were ex-army who got injured during their mission or training.

"Can you help me?"

"What can I do for you, Ahjussi?" Yoona walked to the back of Hyunsuk's wheelchair and pushed it. Hyunsuk snatched papers from Yoona's hand and put it on his lap—and covered the only leg he had.

"Can you accompany me to the Air Force event?"

Yoona raised her eyebrow. "Air Force event?"

She knew that Yang Hyunsuk used to serve as an Korean Air Force army, but most of her patients didn't want to visit their old memories—with the additional fact that they wouldn't be able to do that anymore—but maybe, Hyunsuk was different.

"Yeah. They are holding their annual Aerobatic event. I already promised my junior that I'll come and cheer him up," Hyunsuk laughed heartily. "Maybe that punk want to show his co-worker what will happen if they mess up in Aerobatic."

"Ahjussi, don't be like that." Yoona reprimand Hyunsuk with a stern voice. She was sure that she loves doing her job, but she hopes that no more people will have the same fate as her patients. "He wants to introduce his co-worker a great Aerobatic player, and you're the chosen one."

Again, Hyunsuk laughed. It has been 8 years since his leg got amputated, so he hardly takes the jokes or scolding about his condition seriously. "Yeah, let's wish for it."

Yoona and Hyunsuk strolling around the rehabilitation center for a while while conversing about everything—Yoona had taken care of Hyunsuk since 4 years ago, and they shared a close father-daughter like relationship. They also met other nurses and patients who had their afternoon walk that day. Yoona and Hyunsuk exchanged brief greetings to the other nurses and patients.

"So, will you accompany me to the event?"

They had finished their afternoon walk for that day and were going back to Hyunsuk's room—the rehabilitiation center also becomes a dorm for those who didn't have place to go home or didn't want to face the world with their disabilities. Yoona opened the door for them and let Hyunsuk entered his room.

"Okay ahjussi. Just tell me where and when the event will be held."

"Alright." Hyunsuk gave Yoona her papers and Yoona thanked him in return. "And be prepare for those punks, Nurse Im."

"Yoona, ahjussi. Yoona. Call me Yoona."

Hyunsuk just shrugged his shoulder. "Yes, Yoona. Those punks are rebelious and one of them will end up with your phone number at the end of the day. Be prepared." Hyunsuk jokingly warned her. Yoona laughed.

"I will come prepared and ready to fight, ahjussi." Yoona walked to Hyunsuk room's door and opened it. She bowed before leaving Hyunsuk's room.

Just before Yoona exit the room, Hyunsuk called her again. "Yah, Yoona!"

"Yes, ahjussi?" Yoona held the door knob and stood at the door.

"Thank you for agreeing, by the way."

With her beautiful smile, she said. "Your welcome, Ahjussi."
