The Story Only I Didn't Know - IU

Narrator’s P.O.V:
You were finally discharged from the hospital the next day. As you were walking back from school by yourself (L hesitantly left you to kick some bad-guy butt with Infinite), you chatted on the phone with Jungah.
She was frantic about what Minkyu did to you. Luckily, Jungah told you that Minkyu left Kangdae High for good. She had quit school there. “Oh, so that’s why she wasn’t there today.” You commented, playing with the strap on your backpack. You heard Jungah’s happy voice.
“Yup. Now hopefully, she won’t bother you.” Jungah groaned in annoyance. Smiling, you giggled. “Don’t worry about me, Jungah.” You laughed.
However, there was someone watching you from behind. Someone was secretly following you to make sure that you got back home alright. As he heard your happy laugh, he couldn’t help but smile. He ducked behind all sorts of trees or hid behind people when he sensed that you were looking his way.
“Alright, ________. I have to go to singing class now.” She sighed, “STAY SAFE, DO YOU HEAR ME, WOMAN?!” Jungah unexpectedly boomed loudly in the cell phone. You winced as you pulled it away from your ear.
“Araso, araso. I get it.” You snickered. You could almost see Jungah’s sarcastic roll of the eyes. Sometimes, she reminded you of Sungjong’s sarcasm. “Okay then, I’m hanging up!” She called.
“Byebye!” You called back and absentmindedly stepped forward onto the street. The boy had seen that you didn’t pay attention to the stop light and he made a quick dash for you. The car horn sounded as you snapped out of your daze and stared in front of you horridly.
Headlights came rushing towards you at the speed of light.
“YOU IDIOT!!” A shout came from the person. Suddenly, you were harshly pulled back onto the sidewalk and someone bolted in front of you so that you didn’t get hurt. You closed your eyes tightly as you heard a sickening clash.
As you opened your eyes to see your saviour, you screamed in fright and terror. Blood stained the boy’s clothes, and his head was bleeding immensely. You screamed once more, a blood-curdling scream, and ran forwards to help him. At once, you called 911, and all the other memories became as quick as a blur.
All you remembered was the horrible scream you made.
“MINJEON!!!!!!”
