That isn't on the list, how did it get here ? How to fall in love?

There are many ways on how people fall in love.

Your POV 
"Is everyone out to get me?" You had a thought to yourself letting out a heavy sigh. You took your black note book and start to write on a new page.

"So, notebook. Once again, I've returned with another.. complaint. Is everyone out to get me? First it was him, now it's a her. Why can't everyone understand that, my heart has a big, giant wall just closing onto it. Waiting, hoping for the right person that cares enough to crash it down. It took years to build this "wall" around my heart, guessed it'll be pretty hard for anyone to crash it down. I don't blame them, I don't blame anyone, but myself.

Probably he was right. I act so cold around everyone. But do they know why I'm like this? If they read this book maybe then they'll finally see things based on my perspective.

Is it really possible to tell one person about how I feel? If people were to read my thoughts, they'd be in tears. Then again, who would want to read my thoughts? I can't even begin to explain what I'm feeling right now. One minute I feel like my heart is opening up, and another minute it just closes up the moment it tries to open up. Is this a sign? A sign that I should not be loved? A sign that I shouldn't love? What is it? Because I'm getting real tired of all this. All of it. I just want someone, to tell me.

You closed the book and placed it beside you as you sat on the ground just hugging your legs tight pressing onto your chest as you rested your chin on your right knee. Letting the wind blow through your hair. Just then you hear someone saying "What's a pretty girl doing alone up here?" You lifted your chin up from your knee and turned your head slightly, meeting Kai's eyes. A soft smile formed upon his lips as he met your eyes. You turned away and rested your chin again on your knee. You felt, at ease with his presence, for some unexplainable reason. He got down beside you, sitting with his legs crossed as he placed his elbow on his thigh and his chin resting on his palm, staring at you.

"Can't sleep?"

You shook your head and just looked through the railings. Through the railings you were watching as the trees swayed from left to right. The cars passing by, one by one as it was getting late so less cars were on the road. A few street lights were flickering. Lights from the other side of the campus, one by one was turned off as people were going to bed.

"Something bothering you?"

You let out a faint "Mmm." as your eyes slowly travelled from the trees swaying to looking at your feet.

Kai's POV
I couldn't bring myself to say anything. If it was possible, I just wanted to stare at her, just. Looking at her as the moonlight shines down on her. The wind blowing through her hair as she rested her chin on her knee. She didn't say anything, it was just silence around us. But it didn't feel like the bad kind of silence, it was the good kind. Somehow like we were just appreciating one another's presence.

"You know.. I'm here if you need to talk about it." 

She tilted her head to meet my eyes and I smiled. She was hesitating to tell me, slowly she opened slightly but she shut it tight. Guessed she couldn't bring herself to tell me what she was going through. She didn't say anything else but a soft "Thank you." as she got up. She walked towards the door and before she walked back into the building she said "Surprise me, tomorrow." as she walked out. I didn't know why but I smiled to myself and looked around me. I noticed there was a black note book. I lifted it and opened it. The front page was written,

"To Kim Hae Ra , use this note book to pour out all your feelings. You'd probably hate me, for everything but you know I love you..

Right? -Omma."
