It was a cold December day, nothing unusual at all. It was the Christmas season, what could go wrong?  Bright lights were flickering throughout the streets of Seoul, merry men were singing carols and couples were happily walking down the lane. It was happy—something ordinary, something that you would see during the holiday season

Of course, like any other Holiday season, it was extremely busy. For celebrities, producers, managers and so forth. It was insanity. During the Christmas season, it was like survival of the fittest. The popular celebrities got to be known more, as while the lesser known ones…Well, they stay lesser known.

Hyun, a manager, ran down the stairs of the MBC building. He didn’t say a word, but just seeing him sweat—despite the freezing air blowing on his face—could’ve said something. His life was currently hectic due to his company, SM entertainment, being the biggest company; he had to do much more work for his group. Not to mention to work on their upcoming comeback in March.

Again, insanity.

Hyun cursed as he tripped, dropping papers from his hands. He cursed, staring at them as they blew away. Two hours, two hours of his life was gone due to most of the papers blowing. He shook his head, looking back at the building. He got back up and went back in to get another copy of the papers.

As he walked back into the building, he heard a girl wailing, and heard the normal one night stand speech. It wasn’t normal to hear a break up at work, but hey, it happened apparently. The guy telling her that he only slept with her because he was helping her get more recognition. Nothing entirely different.

But yet, it was.

“I guess…” she started, “You’re going to have to die.”

The male voice chuckled, “Sweetheart, what are you going to do?”

As Hyun walked, he heard the male scream—shocking him. He ran towards the sound, but he didn’t find anyone but a monster. A monster with olive green skin, huge black eyes and ruby red lips.

“W-what?” Hyun gasped, staring at the monster.

“Ignorance is such a wonderful thing.” The monster muttered, wiping its lips. “A beautiful, beautiful thing.” The monster turned her head. Hyun’s eyes widened as he saw the flesh of the man. But it was only the flesh.

It was as though the monster had the organs of the man, and everything in him, leaving him only his skin.

“You never should’ve came back.” The monster said, lunging towards him.

He screamed. But alas, no one heard.
