An idiot ghost, who lost her memory regarding her unfinished business, wanders around the world without a purpose. Constantly being bullied by the Grim Reaper, being the only ghost to completely forget her own final 'business'. He knew everything yet he won't tell, in fact, he can't. She couldn't even remember her own name.

An amnesiac man, who lost his memory due to serious injury on his head. The only thing he knew was his own name, Cho Kyuhyun, nothing more nothing less. Son of the richest family in korea yet even with all the richness, he wasn't able to feel anything other than being sad for no reason at all.

Under the frozen pine tree, they crossed paths. The man could see the ghost, to her surprise. As if it was planned or perhaps it was indeed fate? Both of them don't know either of course yet the grim reaper, who saw everything went away, with a smile on his face he said, 

"Perhaps a tragedy wasn't a tragedy after all. I'm looking forward for a happy ending,"

Both of them agreed to help each other gain their memories back. Before the clock strikes midnight on Dec 25, the ghost must resolve her unfinished business

Or she would be stuck between life and death and possibly, won't even be able to ascend to heaven and reborn, becoming the 'Lost Soul,'- a type of being which devours on human's dark desires and evil, stuck in the world, forever.
