"Savour"

Nobody's POV

"I can't believe we agreed to this," Chaerin exclaimed, as the large group of twelve made their way up the steps in the dark, to the seats, balancing a few boxes of popcorn between them. "I told you all I hate horror movies."

"... Cause, you're scared of them," Minjun summarised, smirking proudly, as the group chuckled, excluding Chaerin who huffed.

"No. They're boring."

The group, mainly Chaerin and the boys, had been squabbling over a movie choice for at least half an hour, having met up as earlier decided, to all watch a movie . Chaerin wanted action, along with Chansung whilst Taecyeon, Minjun and Wooyoung insisted horror. The rest weren't as fussed, but Yoonah, Seohyun and Soeun wanted to watch the latest musical romcom. Of course, with the six boys accompanying their group today, that wasn't really ever considered. A comedy, as suggested by the more sensible members of the group, namely Qian and Nichkhun, as well as Jieun who was indifferent either way (though she silently dreaded horror), was obviously the better option. Still, the boys were louder and more enthusiastic, not to mention the fact there was currently a boxoffice hit horror in the cinemas.

No prizes for guessing what they ended up watching.

"Makes a lot of sense actually," Taecyeon agreed with Minjun, the boys nodding.

"Shut up," Chaerin snapped, her embarrassment showing in her hasty words, as she tried to recover. "The only reason you and the others want horror, is so that you can play big man for your girlfriends."

This time, the girls burst out laughing, whilst the boys shifted, smiling sheepishly having been caught, not even bothering to deny it.

"Oh Yoonah, I'll keep you safe Jagi," Chaerin imitated Taecyeon, whilst the latter, smiled shamelessly.

"And?" he asked, pointedly. "Yoonah knows I'm hers and vice versa."

Chaerin groaned, as Yoonah smiled happily at the statement, Taecyeon leaning over to peck her on the cheek, the group either 'agh'ing or 'aww'ing.

"Well, that's not my reason," Wooyoung shrugged at the couple. "It's Insidious 3. Who doesn't want to watch it?"

"Exactly," Junho agreed. "Chapter one and two were awesome."

The girls rolled their eyes, each one of them giggling at their boyish behavior. They finally reached their seats, and settled in. The rows had just enough seats to facilitate the whole group, thankfully, as they chose the row at the  back, which was still pretty close to the screen. Chaerin entered the row first, knowing full well who was behind her, but not minding. If she was honest, she wanted to sit next to Minjun. They hadn't been open with their... whatever they had just yet, so they were keeping it low, and she was finding it harder than expected. Next came Yoonah, followed closely by Taecyeon. They held hands even as they walked, and Minjun knew they'd be busy being lovey dovey, and wouldn't notice the difference in his behaviour to Chaerin, so deliberately allowed them next to him. Junho took his place next, leaving a space between Yoonah and himself, his eyes on Soeun who was debating whether to take that place, or to ditch the whole thing. Her decision was made for her, as Yoonah grinned, patting the set between her and Junho. Eventually, taking a deep breath she sat down, wondering what this decision would bring. Junho on the other hand, inhaled deeply. He didn't like the fact he had to hold back in her presence. Not one bit. Wooyung and Jieun sat down next, Wooyoung immediately holding Jieun's hand. They'd been on several movie dates by now; it was the usual. Seohyun quickly sat down, followed by Chansung and Nichkhun, who hastily moved over for Qian. She smiled in thanks. He had been hypersensitive since they all met up again.

As she took her seat, her thoughts went back to this morning. When Qian awoke in the morning, she had found herself in her bed with no Nichkhun to be found, between dreamlike memories of the morning and the reality of her soft bed. A confused query had Lian explaining that Nichkhun had led her half asleep self up to her room before leaving early in the morning. The rest of the girls had left to freshen up, before all meeting up again outside the cinema.

Qian had been normal, all day. It was hopeful. She was strong. Nichkhun knew this, so naturally good at hiding. But it really did seem she was... beginning to accept things how they were. And Nichkhun couldn't help but hope he could be part of it.

The group shuffled around a bit more, exchanging popcorn boxes and massive drink cups, before the movie finally started. Now the fun began.

Barely ten minutes into the film, Chansung found himself distracted. How was he supposed to focus on the movie, when every few seconds he was tempted to turn and look at the girl sitting next to him. His gaze would wonder to hers, subconsciously of course, and he found himself unable to concentrate even for a minute.

How am I not watching this?! It's supposed to be brilliant.

But it didn't matter how he reasoned, he still found his eyes wondering to her. She was just so fascinating to watch, and even if he didn't know why, a lot better sight than the movie. Some girl screamed for some reason, and everyone jumped out of their seats. Chansung just frowned. He of course, wouldn't know, as he had barely been able to pick up a few words in the whole movie so far. Giving up on following the plot, yet again resigned to glancing at her. She was watching the screen, wide-eyed and concentrated, a cute expression on her face as she blinked. She didn't look terrified like most girls would've; more like she was trying to work something out.

The movie puzzled her; a lot of things did to be frank.

Shifting in his seat, Chansung noticed Seohyun's hand resting on the arm of the chair. Another blood curdling scream had the girl jumping, startled. Chansung instinctively moved to grab her hand.

Now or never.

Seohyun on the other hand glanced down as she felt her hand be enveloped by warmth. She saw his hand, following it up to the source. Her eyes widened, as she saw Chansung's innocent expression, as he stared at the cinema screen as if he had never looked away. Seohyun's gaze fell to their hands again. Her instinct would usually be to pull away, but somehow... she couldn't. Or wouldn't. Either way, she didn't feel the need to pull back or stay away as she usually would. She felt comfortable.

She felt a reassuring squeeze on her hand, sending electric currents through her fingertips, making her chest feel tight and warm. She furrowed her brow as she wondered what this meant. Sneaking one last glance at Chansung, she allowed her fingers to interlace with his, exploring whatever new sensation this was. His eyes widened, a smile spreading across his face. And somehow, she felt her own expression changing into a smile. Suddenly, despite both of them staring intently at the screen, they were no longer watching the movie.

She liked it. They both did. They didn't know what it meant, but they liked it.

Chaerin rolled her eyes as she half-watched the movie. It was boring. Especially as she wasn't even trying to follow the plot. She'd already seen the trailer, and it wasn't her thing.

What kind of sick creeps wrote this? Why is it so disturbing? Why didn't they get locked up for this kinda stuff?

She winced as the camera zoomed in on a ghouls overly-made-up face. It was stupid. That's all.  A waste of time. She wasn't scared, of course not. The whole cinema screamed as they added another jump scare of the ghosts shrieks. Chaerin just shook her head.

Why did I ever agree to this?

She inhaled, forcing herself to stare at the screen. She wasn't listening; she wasn't interested. But she couldn't just stare around her for one and a half hours, though that's what she really wanted. A distraction, of any sort would be really helpful. Any reason to look away, justified enough to ignore the next one and a half hours of the film. And as she sighed at a girls screams as the said girl got dragged away by a ghoul, kicking and screaming, that's exactly what she got.

Minjun had quickly become bored with the movie too. It was pretty much a repeat of the first two. Any how, it wasn't like he came here to spend time on the movie. He came here, really, to be with Chaerin. They had kept to their decision about keeping this quiet, so there was a limit to how involved they could be as of yet. Personally, he was finding it harder than he should; the chemistry between the two was electric and it was hard for him to resist grabbing her hand or making her blush. But he had to, at least until the performance evening was over. He eagerly awaited Tuesday, after which he was fee to flaunt their relationship. But at the moment they were still hiding.

Still, right now they were together, with all their friends, but in a dark room. He didn't have to hide and they still wouldn't know; it was perfect. Glancing at Chaerin, he was encouraged to take advantage of the situation. She wasn't watching the movie either. He could tell that she wasn't just bored; but she didn't want to get jump scared and scream with everyone else. Looking tough was major on her agenda.

Checking over his shoulder to make sure no one was watching, he leaned forward. Chaerin, observing yet another homicidal ghost attack, didn't realise at first. She was growing even more uncomfortable with the scene, when she felt a soft nuzzling on her neck, soft warm breathing sending shivers down her spine. Surprised, she turned to see Minjun grinning at her.

"Hello," he whispered with a smirk.

Her eyes widened.

"Erm, wah uhm," she stuttered.

Come on Chae, get it together.

She cleated , managing to whisper. "What are you doing?"

Shes embarrassed.

"You're not enjoying the movie?" he teased, in a low voice.

She automatically faced the screen, huffing, groaning at the idea of seeming weak yet again. Chaerin had been sure she had been putting on a pretty good show, even if she was internally dying. He chuckled any way, knowing her answer. Reaching out, he cupped her chin, turning her head to face him as he smiled.

"So pay attention to me instead."

Before she could protest, Minjun closed the distance. Her lips tingled, awakening the butterflies that only appeared for Minjun in her stomach, the spark that reached right from their contact to the tip of her toes re-lighting, her breathing quickly increasing in pace. He grinned into the kiss as he felt her weaken, his chest feeling warm and light, as he felt the need to be closer to her, as close as he could be, placing an arm around her and pulling her into him. Amidst the passion and heart fluttering, he had an idea.

Minjun inhaled, preparing himself before he pulled back suddenly, wanting to see her reaction. And he wasn't disappointed. Chaerin's eyes flew open, hazed as her expression grew increasingly displeased. He chuckled, watching the full response, a mix of embarrassment and annoyance in her expression. She wanted him, and only him, it was clear. Only for him did she become this weak for another, eager to be intimate. His heart soared, and again he wondered how they hadn't instantly noticed their chemistry, and acted on it.

She's mine now, that's more than enough.

"Yah," she whispered, blinking. "Wae?"

He chuckled again. She, on the other hand, frowned. She knew exactly what he was doing, and she blew her bangs in irritation. She hated seeming weak, especially when people somehow had the abuility to make her feel just that. And yet it seemed he excelled in that very area.

Well, there was only one thing for it. Payback. With that very thought, she placed her hands firmly on his chest, smirking as she saw his expression change. She ran her hands upwards, towards his collar, leaning forward slowly, as he gulped, suddenly frozen. Quickly, she grabbed his collars, pulling him towards her and kissing him fully. He stayed in shock, but this time, she was the one to feel him melting under her affection. He leaned into her needily, and she deepened the kiss, enjoying the sensation of victory as well as the passion she had initiated. But she had other intentions. She forced herself, which was harder than anticipated, to pull away, the same way he did to her, and observe his dissatisfied grimace, and wide eyed need. She grinned to herself; she could see why Minjun liked exercising his power over her. It was enjoyable to see how much control they had, both of them. But also, the fire in his eyes when she pulled away reflected exactly the passion she got from him. It set her whole being to focus on him and only him.

However, as he readjusted, he was not best pleased. And he intended to do something about it. Tightening his hold around her, he slowly inched closer. Chaerin rolled her eyes, knowing full well what he was doing. Before he could achieve his aim, she suddenly pushed forward. She felt his chest vibrate as he chuckled, pushing forward himself to regain control, marking the start of another battle.

Chaerin had gotten just what she wanted; a distraction. And though he had given her exactly what she wanted, Minjun wasn't too bad off either.

From then on, they forgot all about the movie.

Taecyeon watched the movie in awe, perhaps the only one of the boys fully concentrated. He leaned forward in his seat at each suspenceful scene, before throwing himself back witha  grin at the end of the scene. Yoonah on the other hand was... less engaged, to say the least. Ignoring the movie, she watched his antics, her pout becoming increasingly evident. Her glance fell to her hand, which lay empty on the arm of the chair. Admitedly, when Chaerin had suggested the reason behind the boys wanting to watch a film, Yoonah had giggled al
