14 years has passed, and much like the years before, every couple in the house hold was still much happy, and filled with love, despite the hardships that they have faced. During those times, many things happened for each couple.

Sehun and Luhan finally got engaged themselves after a little incident happened between them both. Luhan was having doubts about his and Sehun's relationship, even though they have been together for many years; the Chinese man was starting to wonder where the relationship was going. It ended up being a huge fight and it took months for the two to be back together. During those months, Luhan slept in the spare room in Kris' mansion, and Sehun realized that he couldn't live without his Luhan; he did want Luhan to be with him for as long as he lived, and so he proposed to him, but was shocked when the other said 'no'. Luhan figured that he only did it because of the fight. Sehun did everything he could for Luhan to forgive him, however, the Chinese man thought that it would be best to take a break from each other. It worked well for Luhan, it has gotten him a chance to breath and think about their relationship, but on the other hand, Sehun was miserable. Unable to hold on or kiss the other, was killing the gardener inside. Over the months, it killed Sehun completely, making everyone worried about the couple. Luhan noticed; he thought that Sehun already suffered enough and thus, the two talked it out. Luhan told his concerns, while Sehun tried his best to convince the other that he really loved him. The Chinese man informed the other that he would think about the proposal, in which took weeks for him to respond. Eventually he said yes, making Sehun the happiest person in the world.

Once Chen proposed, he and Xiumin got married three months after they returned from their trip from Europe and five years after their marriage, they adopted a child of their own. Then, the child, surprisingly named Xiuchen, was 8 years old, who was a bit of a troublemaker, making it difficult for him to be kept in a home permanently. However, when he was being introduced to Chen and Xiumin, he quickly took a liking to them, sticking himself mostly to Xiumin like a puppy. They adopted him immediately, despite Xiuchen's troublemaking records. The agents at the adoption agency were a little bit skeptical and were positive that Chen and Xiumin would be returning him back, but after months of a check up, they were shocked that during those months, Xiuchen went from a rabble-rouser to a well-mannered child. Since then, Xiuchen worked hard to be a child that his new parents will proud of. Since he was growing up with the other two children of the house, Yitao and Joonxing, he has grown a liking to Joonxing and would do anything he can to have the other pay attention to him. Since his mother was a chef, he was taught well on how to cook; every morning, he would wake up extra early just to make everyone's breakfast and make Joonxing's breakfast and lunch specially made. Being now 17 years old, he already has dreams of being a great chef like Xiumin, and on the side, a great house wife.

Yixing and Suho are married as well, after being in a 6 year relationship, which shocked Luhan and Tao the most, since they knew how Yixing was. After their marriage, they were planning on moving out of Kris' mansion, not wanting to be more of a burden anymore, however, Kris didn't mind and told them that he liked their company. For Kris, it made the mansion a bit more warm.

Chanyeol and Baekhyun have been good; having their good and bad moments, but what marriage doesn't have that; it just makes them stronger as a married couple.

The once before babies of the house have grown to be such handsome men. 20 year old, Joonxing, has grown to be a striking and a mature like man; having a dream of becoming a great doctor, he has been constantly studying, anything pertaining to the field. At times, he volunteers at elderly homes, children's centers, and among other things, to give his time to others; overall, he is a helpful person. As he was transferring to high school, he earned a scholarship to attend to the same school as Yitao, thus being in some classes together. With each other, on school campus, they were known to be desired by many, however, neither would date any of the admireers.

19 year old, Baekyeol has become a beauty, resembling much like a gorgeous flower. He wasn't tall like Joonxing or Yitao, but his height didn't much bother him. He would get questions, mostly asking if he was a boy or a girl, due to his androgynous like appearance; his face is gentle and his body is lean, and with his male like clothing, it questions others if he is a boy or a girl just wearing boy's clothes. For him, he loved teasing others. Over the years, his liking to Yitao slightly went away; he ponders here and there about it, but nonetheless, he still likes him. Whether it meant like a brother or a lover, he never clarified.

Yitao, who is now 20 as well, himself, has grown as well to be an attractive man, earn glances from both parties. He was more sports orientated, doing wushu when he was 10 and still continuing since, gaining himself a tone body, playing tennis when he was 11, basketball all through middle and jr. high, and now doing men's volleyball for fun; with his height and strength, he great in it. Much wanting to be like this father, someone who is known all over, he went in the direction of business administration management and operations, taking classes under his field. Despite being the guy that everyone wants to date or be, thinking that he is the toughest person known, he still holds a soft personality; from time to time he gets slightly attached to his mother, sometimes being called a 'mommy's boy' by Joonxing. Tao on the other hand didn't mind; he loved Yitao no matter how young or old, he would love him forever, being his son and all.

Growing up, since puberty was hitting the three right, Kris offered them a job, asking them to model his clothes for fashion magazines, thus, gaining popularity from all over. Together, they are the Dragon's Birds, with Joonxing's aristocratic like air, Baekyeol's androgynous look, and Yitao's strong features, they were the new models of their generation. Baekyeol, with the promise of one day returning back to school, stopped attending classes, to be a full time model for Kris.

Heilang, the once small Siberian Husky, grew to be healthy and strong. Constantly watching over the people in the house, he makes sure that everyone is okay.

Lastly, the king and the queen of the house, have their moments here and there, but they welcomed another edition to their family. They under went in vitro fertilization, taking both of the king and queen's and placing it in a dish, then planting it in a surrogate. They were given another prince, beautiful and healthy baby boy. They named him, Huangjinlong, in which meant: 'gold dragon' in Chinese; as a nickname, they called him Huangjin or baby Jin. It has seem that Huangjin has gotten most of Kris' features this time, despite still looking like a baby, but from the get-go, he is a baby dragon. He is now 2 months old, and still looking cute and chubby as ever.

"How is my baby hm?" Tao chuckled as he stared at the other laying on his and Kris' shared bed. "How is my dragon? Huh? How is my dragon?" He beamed.

"I'm fine." Kris said bluntly, making the other roll his eyes.

"Not you." Tao said, as he turned his head at the other. "Im talking about my other dragon." He said as he gently brought up a baby, placing the baby's head on Tao's shoulder. The panda started to gently pat the baby's back. "Hm! You smell so good! Why? Because mommy gave you a bath! Thats right!!" Tao adjusted himself and sat criss-crossed on the bed, facing away from the older dragon. Kris tilted his head back and forth, watching his youngest son looking around the room, as if studying it. The older dragon scooted closer to Tao, so that he was face to face with Huangjin. The baby dragon was caught by surprise and widen his eyes at Kris. The older dragon cooed and asked Huangjin if he wanted to be picked up. He started to take Huangjin, but instead of smiling and being happy, the baby started to cry.

Immediately, Kris pulled back; Tao jumped from the slight wailing and pulled the baby away from his shoulder. "Whats wrong my baby?" He asked, trying to cradle Huangjin. "Did you see daddy's face again?"

Huangjin has this thing were he doesn't like to be picked up by the male figures of the house; he is calm when picked up by Xiumin, Luhan, Suho, and Baekyeol, even though him just holding Huangjin scares him a little, in fear of dropping the baby dragon, but most happy when picked up by Tao. He cries when any of the dominants of the house tries to pick him up and especially cries when alone with any of them. They made a newest discover, in which Luhan found interesting, that he cries whenever he sees any of the dominants in front of him. They figured it was just a phase, and soon Huangjin will get over this little problem.

Tao quickly put him to sleep and looked over his shoulder, giving a thumbs up to Kris. The older dragon could only give a weary thumbs up in return. He really wanted to hold Huangjin, but every time he wants to, his youngest son cries.

"I'll wake up Yitao now." Tao said, as he got up slowly, not wanting to wake up the baby dragon. "It is almost 5:30am." He said, rubbing his eyes.

"W-wait…you are leaving me here?!" He whispered in a panic. "What if Huangjin wakes up?!"

"Then just hold him and cradle him back to sleep. Just like what I did."

"B-but he will cry!"

Tao waved it off. "I have to wake up the panda or he will be late for volleyball practice." He said; he leaned over and pecked Kris on the cheek. "You will be fine. He is asleep anyway."

Before Kris could protest, Tao made his way to the door, exiting the shared room. As the door closed, Kris held his place, staring at the baby as if it was the most dangerous thing in the room. 'Just calm down…he is asleep…asleep. Breath.'

Tao made his way over to his other son's room; he knocked and waited, but no response was made. He knocked again, this time saying that he was coming in.

As he entered, Tao could feel a vain pop from his head. Yitao grew out of his organization skill and became a little piggy. His room was a mess, with clothes everywhere, water bottles and cups on his desk, and college work on the floor and desk. Heilang was also on the floor, but was curled up in his bed, being neat.

'The only good boy here is Heilang.' He sighed. Tao walked cautiously in the room and as he got to Yitao's bed, he shook his son gently. "Yitao…time to get up…volleyball practice."

"Hm."

"Yitao."

"Hm?" He said a bit louder.

Tao grabbed the blanket and pulled it out. "Time to -- whoa!" The 20 year old, was just bare-chested with only wearing sweat pants, however, the only strange thing was Yitao had both hands tucked inside his sweats. "Why do you have your hands in your sweats? Did you have…erm, a nice dream?"

"Mom!!" Yitao quickly took his hands out of his sweats and covered himself with the blanket. He poked his head out, like a turtle, and shook his head, blushing. "I-I wasn't doing that! I was getting cold so I put my hands in my sweats!"

"Where a sweatshirt or something so you wouldn't have to do that." He poked Yitao on the head. "Anyway, time to get up…volleyball at 6:15. And…I know that you are such a gentleman, could you please give Baekyeol and Joonxing a ride to school?"

"Hm." Yitao nodded.

"Good! Oh, and don't forget about work…your father needs you three to be there to model the clothes." He kissed Yitao on the head and made his way out.

Once Tao made it back to the room, he softly chuckled once he saw Kris leaning back against the bed frame, holding tightly to a pillow as he watched Huangjin from afar. He went over to the bed and crawled his way over to Kris, sitting right next to him. "You okay?" He whispered.

"Hm." Kris nodded. "Peachy." He said with a little tone of tenseness.

To calm down his husband, he placed his hand on the other's cheek, bring it over, so the two would be facing each other. Tao pecked his lips, and smiled against them. It seems that the older dragon was starting to loosen up. He kissed the other again, with much love as he could give.

As the panda pulled back, he bit his lip, preventing himself from laughing. The older dragon was at a daze, thus making Tao go back in planting more kisses on his lips.

Again he pulled back, snorting a bit, as the other's face was a dark shade of red. The panda wanted to laugh, but their was a baby dragon in the room. Instead, he placed his hand on the back of Kris' neck, pulling him down, so it would be resting on his shoulder; Tao then adjusted his arms, hugging the other tightly.

"Love you." Tao smiled as he whispered. "Very much."

Kris snuggled his head against the crook of Tao's neck. "I love you more."

Tao could only beam. As they continued their sweet moment, Huangjin started to make little sounds.

It caught Tao's attention, and both separated from their hugs. The panda crawled his way over and saw that his baby dragon was crying.

"My poor baby! Did you have a bad dream?" He picked him up and made his way over to Kris, sitting beside him. Pulling his legs up, letting the heels of his feet rest on the bed, supported his baby by placing him against his legs so that it would look like he was standing. "Whats wrong? I just fed you…are you still hungry?"

Huangjin started to puff his cheeks, making Tao squeal a bit. "Wah, you are so cute! I want to eat you!" He kissed Huangjin on the cheek. "You are my baby bao! My little bao!"

The baby smiled and started to giggle. Hearing the sounds of his youngest son, Kris gave a small smile; it was just addicting to hear him giggle like that.

"Huangjin…look at daddy."

"Erm!!"

Tao placed Huangjin in front of Kris, hoping that he wouldn't cry. The baby dragon widen his eyes at seeing his father.

After seconds of silence, Kris felt his heart beating. "H-he isn't crying." Kris said with a little happiness in his voice. "He probably likes m --"

A little fart sound was heard, causing both Tao and Kris to widen their eyes. The panda glanced over to the other, while he mirrored the action.

"Was that you?" Kris asked, in which Tao narrowed his eyes at the other.

"Not me. Huangji -- oh jeez…it smells." Tao scrunched up his nose. "Look what you did!"

"Me?! He farted!"

"Because he looked at you! Now every time he sees you, he is going to release a stink bomb!" Tao made his way out of the bed and to the changing table that was across the room. "Come here…you are going to change him."

"Yah!"

"Come...here!"

"Y-yes dear." Kris got up from bed and wobbled his way over to Tao, who was holding onto a crying dragon.

Together, they cleaned up Huangjin and put on a new diaper on him and once again change his clothes. Now, he was happy.

"Ah, quietness now." Tao said with a little sigh of relief, rubbing the baby on the back, slightly bouncing up and down to make the baby fall asleep.

"Hm. And…this." He raised the diaper before putting it in the diaper genie. Kris looked over at the panda and smiled.

Just seeing the sight of his baby and his panda gave a warm feeling inside.

He loved it.

He absolutely loved his life, and he wouldn't change it. He has great friends, all still living with him in his mansion, 3 'nephews' in which he loves them a lot, a son who has grown to be a great man, a baby who he knows will grow to be great just like his older brother, a dog who is as loyal as ever, and a panda that everyday, he falls in love more and more than yesterday.

Tao turned around, glancing at the older dragon. "What?"

"Hm?"

"You're staring at me…something wrong?"

"Ah…nope."

"Nope?"

"Nope."

"Um, okay than."

"Just that…" He paused, pretending to be thinking.

"…That?"

"That I love you."

Tao blushed and could only give a simple nod. He quickly turn around, to avoid the other's gaze, making Kris chuckle softly.

Another chapter has open in their lives, and for sure, there is going to be some obstacles in the way and some victories that they will win, but for sure, as long as everyone is together, family and friends are around, Kris for sure is going to enjoy every minute of it.

'This is just the beginning.'

**[Nov18'13] - i was informed that Baby Jin's name is a bit odd - don't you agree? - well, i do agree that it isn't a...i guess, a normal Chinese name, that it is odd to have three characters, and that the name is literally 'gold dragon'. I did it that way because i wanted his name to be different & weird, something that wasn't ordinary. it was a creative decision that i made, so i would understand if people would find it odd. some of you might not really care for the name, or some of you think that it is interesting, or some of you might dislike it. for me, i don't mind. after all it is fiction - im sure no one is named 'gold dragon', literally or by meaning...then again i don't know. so, i do apologize, for that choice that i made, if you find it weird or foolish of me to do this. x3

Oh! some were wondering about the y time between Kris & Tao ( if not, the other adults) but I made a decision from the very beginning, when I was planning this, that I wouldn't do any y time scene.

But some were asking when the time will come, I was considering it, but then I thought…

"is it really necessary to put a y scene in the story?" And I thought: no, it is not necessary.

i either implied it or made it so that they were about to, but didn't fully go through with it.

sorry for those that were waiting for it, but it was my choice from the beginning and I'm not that experience yet in writing such a scene. I did it once, if you read it. lol (between YTBY). Took me a month and a half to write that one-shot... =A=;; im a noob xD
