Description

Minho's a geek that no-one appreciates. With no romantic charm, Minho takes Key's 'Romance Classes' to change himself into a seductive boy to get Yuri (the girl he likes) to see him as a man and appear as someone worthy to be beside his lover. Key accepts and tries his best to help Minho, for he is the love guru but there appears to be another motive for Key's reason for helping Minho. Will Minho ever turn into a man worthy of his lover? Even unromantic charms have their strong-points...something no-one can beat is honesty!

Foreword

The fireworks started to go off behind us, but nothing could divert my attention away from his eyes.

Just why does he suddenly seem so beautiful to me?

I finally snapped out of my trance when I realised tears started to slowly fall out of his eyes. At first, I was going to walk towards him and hug him like I would usually do everytime he cried, but for some reason I couldn't bring myself to do it this time.

The reason being...I was the one who caused him to be like this.

He sniffled slightly and brought up a weak smile, slowly walking towards my direction. His hands started to lightly touch my face with such care and tenderness that made a shiver travel up my spine. I honestly wished I could embrace him. If only I wasn't in this kind of situation.

He finally sighed as his hands left my new hair-do as if he was disappointed. He then took out my old glasses and held it gently in his hands. I was confused but decided to hear him out.

"You know Minho...nobody probably ever told you this but...I like you better when you're wearing glasses." He whispered just loud enough for me to hear. My heart skipped a beat and throbbed in pain at the same time.

"I just wish you were back to who you were before. That same old honest, sweet and caring Choi Minho I knew before, who wasn't such an asshole and who wore large glasses. Now I regret it myself...for what reason have I decided to make a monster out of an angel!" He cried out and that's when I realised I made the biggest mistake of my life.

I should've told him sooner...

He slowly wiped his tears before turning around, ready to sprint back into the building. By instinct, I also turned around, grabbing a hold of his hand to prevent him from going away. I was actully annoyed at myself but accidently diverted my annoyance to the one person I didn't want to.

"You shouldn't run away! You managed to say those kinds of things but you don't even try to fix it?! Isn't that kind of selfish?" I sneered rudely yet regret instantely rushed towards me.

Oh how much I hated myself now.

He silently laughed and smacked my hands, slowly backing away to get ready to sprint without interference. All I could do was watch with lonely and painful tears dropping from my eyes onto the ground. He smiled as he saw me cry and managed to wipe away his own tears because he was brave enough to do so. I looked at the ground, shutting my eyes tight because I didn't want to see anything anymore. I heard footsteps drift away and soon a voice that followed after them...

"I don't know why you're crying, but I think I'm much more foolish than you'll ever be. I made a mistake yet I'm selfish because I love you..."

...was the last words I heard from him after the night that was meant to be one of the best in my life.

I finally had everything I wanted, yet why did it seem like none of it mattered?
