First Day

"Yah, wake up." L opened his eyes to his manager shaking him. "What?" The manager pointed to the door and said, "Sa-jangnim wants to talk to you." L got up and looked at his CEO. When the manager walked out, L said "Sajang-nim.. Why are you here? Did something happen?" He nodded and came down and sat down on the bed. "How have you been?" L said, "The usual." Sukjin said, "Sorry I can't visit you often." L immediately asked again, "Why are you here?" Sukjin smiled and said, "I need you to help me. I know that I can trust you with this." L looked at him and Sukjin said, "I'm leaving to America for the next 6 months. There's a program there that I want to attend. But yesterday, I ran into this family. They were running away.. for the same reason why you're here. I just wanted to help them, but I can't stay so I need you to take care of them." L looked down and said, "I can't even take care of myself." Sukjin patted his back and said, "It'll be easy. There's a daughter and she's in college, studying to become a stylist. Perfect for you, right?" L rolled his eyes and said, "So I get an amateur?" Sukjin smiled and said, "Will you help me?" L helplessly nodded. Sukjin then continued on to say, "She's a sweet girl. Anyways, I wanted you to move in with them." L looked up in surprise. Sukjin looked down and said, "No one's going to be there to look over them. It's just a mom, her daughter and son. They're a nice family. I just don't want to leave them alone." L nodded and said, "I'll take care of them." Sukjin patted his back and said, "I knew I could trust you." But L grabbed his wrist before he could walk off, and asked him, "Is my brother okay?" Sukjin kneeled down and said, "He's perfectly fine. Don't worry, I'll visit him in America. Do you want me to give him something for you?" L looked up and said, "Can you?" Sukjin smiled and said, "Of course. I'm leaving this Sunday. Just give it to me by then, okay?" L nodded.

Before Sukjin walked out completely, he looked back and said to L, "Her name's _________. Starting tomorrow, she's your stylist." He turned back around and then stopped again and said, "Oh. You have to give her rides to class and back." Then he walked out. L rolled his eyes and groaned while throwing himself back under his sheets. "Why do I get an amateur?" He turned over. "What do I get for my brother..." He sat up from the bed and thought. He then threw himself back on the bed and tossed his blanket everywhere, frustrated. He sat up, "UGHHHHHH."

"Why is he here?" Sungyeol asked. Woohyun shrugged, "How should I know?" Sungkyu said, "Well obviously he's here to talk to L." Hoya squinted, raised his eyebrow, and said, "But about what?" When they heard the door open, they all turned their heads back to the TV. "Why so curious guys?" Sukjin asked. Dongwoo smiled and said, "What are you talking about sajang-nim?" Sukjin laughed and said, "The TV's not even on." They all turned their heads toward the TV in unisen and looked at each other, dumb-founded. Sukjin laughed even more and went to put his shoes back on. They all bowed to their sajang-nim, saying bye. Once he left, they heard a big, "UGHHHHHH" from L's room. They all looked at each other in confusion. When they went back into the living room, they saw their manager leaning down, with his hand on his chin, looking intensely at L's room as if in deep thought. Sungyeol threw himself onto the couch and said, "I think we don't know a lot of things in this house."

"Stop worrying so much. They'll be good oppas to you." Sukjin said as he was driving you to the studio. "I understand but I'm not comfortable. I'm still learning. I can't possibly be a celebrity's personal stylist." He sighed and said, "I've seen you working with make-up. You don't seem like an amateur at all. I trust you. I wouldn't have insisted on you becoming his stylist if you weren't good." You were nervous as he drove down to the underground parking lot. When he parked, he told you, "But I'm not going to lie. I should warn you. He can be... cranky but he's a nice guy." You frowned and said, "I don't know ahjushi.." He smiled and said, "Let's go meet them." You stopped him and said, "Wait, what's his name again?" He rolled his eyes in a joking manner and said, "Kim Myungsoo. Stage name is L." While getting out of the car, you were trying to remember why L sounded so familiar. *It's probably one of the guys Min-ah always talks about.* You really couldn't remember.

You were hella nervous as you walked down the hallway to their waiting room. Sukjin opened the door and you tried to hide behind him. "Guys, this is L's new stylist." You walked in right behind Sukjin, not knowing when to show your face. Suddenly, someone tall came up and pulled you out. "You look young" he said to you. Then he looked at Sukjin and said, "Sajang-nim, are you sure she's not a fan trying to pull off as a stylist?" Sukjin laughed and said, "Sungyeol-ah, she didn't even recognize the name Infinite." When Sukjin said that, every head in the room turned to you. You slightly jumped in surprise. Sungyeol introduced himself with a smile. He took out his hand and you took it and said, "Hi, I'm _______." Another guy came running up to you and observed you. "How old are you? Are you my dongseng?" he asked. Sukjin slightly pushed him away and said "Yah, she's the same age as you." He dropped his jaw. Sukjin said, "This is Sungjong." He just stared at you with his mouth open. Sukjin was getting a phone call and said, "Go talk to them. I have to take this call really quick."

It was really awkward. You were just standing there. One of the stylist unnies came to you and said, "I'll show you around." You followed her as she introduced you to the members. Sungkyu, Dongwoo, Hoya, Sungyeol, Sungjong, and Woohyun. You asked the stylist unnie, "Where's.. uh.. L?" She told you that he was using the restroom. Then she smirked and said, "Good luck with him." Then she walked away. When you looked at the members, they were all staring at you. You started to feel intimidated but Sungkyu said, "Sorry, it's just.. you're the same age as our maknae. It's kinda weird." Sungjong added, "No. It's really weird." Then they all turned back to do what they were originally doing...except for Woohyun. You looked up at him and he kept staring at you. Yet somehow, his stare wasn't intimidating nor frightening. It was a look as if he was welcoming you. It was nice and warm. You noticed his good-looking facial features and how he seemed so gentle. You liked the aura he gave off. You were still shy so you looked down and began to turn around. He gently grabbed your arm and said, "Sorry, I didn't mean to." You turned around and he smiled. You smiled back and he just kept staring into your eyes. The silence broke when someone walked in. You turned around to see a tall guy walk in. *That must be L* When he looked up and saw you, he dropped the sweater that was in his hand. He kept staring at you too. The stylist unnie walked up to him and dragged him towards you. "Yah, this is your new stylist. She's cute huh?" L just stared at you. You tried to smile and said, "Hi, nice to meet you" and took your arm out. He looked down at your hand and walked away. The stylist unnie whispered, "Told you."
