Sungmin slowly woke up, his head was still spinning around. He felt immediate danger and tried to gather some electricity but it wasn't working. He slowly took in his surroundings. It must be night time already, it was so dark, only moonlight entered the room he was in. He tried to test his chains but realised they were too strong. He looked aside and froze.

'Kyu!' He yelled.

The boy chained up next to him was still unconscious.

'Oh my god, Kyu wake up, are you alright?' Min panicked as he watched the lifeless body of the other. His memory came back. 'The Kim's' He whispered.

'Yeah, it was us.' A voice sounded from somewhere outside the cage.

'Who is there?' Min asked.

A light bulb was . 'I am.' Yesung said.

Sungmin tensed up and looked at Kyu again.

'Don't worry, I'm not going to harm him.' Yeye said softly.

'But you can't help us much either, can you?' Sungmin sighed.

Yesung sadly shook his head. 'I can't betray my clan, even if I'm not supporting this.'

'I understand, but please help me protect this human.' Sungmin begged.

'I can tell how important he is to you, I will do what I can.' Yesung said.

'Thank you.' Sungmin whispered.

'I won't be able to protect you though.'

'That is okay.' Sungmin looked straight in the other's eyes.

'Rest some more, you'll need it.' Yesung said as he left.

'What can we do?' Onew paced up and down the room.

'We need to go full out on them.' Taemin said.

'Can we beat them?' Amber asked.

'We have no other choice than to try.' Siwon said.

Everyone shut up when Hyuk came down.

'How is Hae?' Minho asked.

'I had to knock him out.' Hyuk said grimly.

The others nodded.

'We'll attack those Kim's but I won't force any of you to participate cause this will be rather dangerous.' Hyuk stated.

'What are you implying, Hyukjae, of course we all will fight.' Sunny said.

Sooyoung hugged Sunny and nodded in agreement.

'Together we stand stronger.' Sulli said.

'What about Hae?' Siwon asked.

'Wild horses wouldn't be able to keep him away.' Hyuk sighed. My little knock out flames will only work for a short time, he's very strong.

'Let's think of a strategy.' Onew said.

'They put them somewhere where our powers won't work.' Hyuk said.

'How do you know?' Minho asked.

'Hae tried to shield them but it failed, my fire wall didn't work either.' Hyuk explained.

'You can do that from such a distance?' Sulli asked in awe.

'Normally, yea.' Hyuk said.

They all froze as they heard a crashing sound upstairs. A wave of water spilled over the staircase.

'HYUKJAE!' Hae screamed as he came surfing down. His eyes all sapphire.

'I needed you to calm down, babe.' Hyuk said.

Hae was furious, he grabbed Hyuk by the throat, tilted his head and buried his fangs deeply in his lover.

The others were shocked. Taemin wanted to interfere but Hyuk made it clear it was ok.

After a short drink, Hae gestured that Hyuk should drink.

Hyuk wanted to say something.

'We need to be on full power.' Hae said.

Hyuk penetrated Hae and drank quickly, his hand rubbing the younger's back to try to sooth him. He could tell Hae was doing everything to not cry or panic.

'How's the scar?' He asked gently.

'Still hurting.' Hae whispered.

'I'm so sorry, baby, we'll get them.' Hyuk said.

'It's okay, it means he is still alive.' Hae said.

The second time Min woke up he sensed another presence.

'Ahhh finally awake?' the voice sounded so sadistic.

Sungmin quickly checked on Kyu and saw he was still out cold.

'I'm Kim Jonghyun and I specialise in torture.' The guy smirked.

'Can we start?' Heechul asked as he walked in with Yesung.

'Who should I do first?' Jonghyun asked.

Sungmin tensed up.

'Go with the Lee, he'll last longer' Yesung said.

Yesung felt the wave of gratitude from the enemy vampire and he swallowed. How he hated this situation.

'Okay, let me get my favourite toys!' Jonghyun chirped.

'Hurry up, those Lee's will not sit still.' Heechul said.

Sungmin just prayed that Kyu would remain unconscious for a while. No need for the boy to see the horrible things that would happen.
