-PROLOGUE-

“Kyu… come on wake up, you’re sleeping late again.”

“Hmm?” Kyuhyun blinked his eyes on the blinding light from the orange streaked window.

Sungmin wearing his light pink sweater which Kyuhyun bought last autumn that he loved so much tried to pick up his mess around his room. “Hey you! Cho Kyuhyun… you’re playing late again last night didn’t you…aish such a stubborn boy… your snacks are everywhere! And your game controllers are on the floor…” Sungmin scolded him throwing a cute fit around his stuff. He then opened the window letting the cold autumn air in.

“WAH! It’s so nice…” he screamed.

Kyuhyun blinked his eyes to the coldness. “Min, close that window it’s really cold…” Kyuhyun scolded him. Sungmin pouted. “It’s because you’re wearing just boxers and wife beaters that’s why it’s cold.”

“I had my heater on last night…” Kyuhyun defended himself. Sungmin tiptoed closer to Kyuhyun’s bed. “Put something on you ert…” Sungmin said smiling cutely at his boyfriend. Kyuhyun pulled him and force him to lie on the bed, wrapping his arms around Sungmin’s waist, smelling the scent of strawberry from his hair, feeling him closer.

“It’s warmer like this...” Kyuhyun whispered. “Hmm… yeah it’s warmer.” Sungmin said turning so that he’s now facing Kyuhyun planting a kiss on Kyuhyun’s lips. “I miss you so much…” Kyuhyun said a small blush crept from his face. Sungmin blushed in response. “I know…”

“We need to get up though… were going to the park.” Sungmin said trying to break free from Kyuhyun’s firm grasp, moving out of the bed and into Kyuhyun’s wardrobe, taking a black trousers and a white sweater that has the same design as what Sungmin is wearing. “That again? I haven’t worn it in almost a year.” Kyuhyun complained finally getting off from bed and moving to the bathroom to wash his hair. “Why? Mine’s hasn’t been worn for a year also…” Sungmin answered. “Yeah, I’m surprised you kept it like it’s still new without the wardrobe insects eating on it.” Kyuhyun teased the latter who stick out his tongue. “It’s because we only wear it on our anniversary… you forget didn’t you.” Sungmin said frowning a bit. Kyuhyun dried his hair with a towel then wrapped his hands on Sungmin’s waist again. “nope… happy 3^rd anniversary…” Kyuhyun said kissing Sungmin’s cheeks. “I love you too.” Sungmin answered.

“Kyu… come on wake up, you’re sleeping late again.”

A chime like voice echoed to the dark and lifeless room. The lights were out. Kyuhyun blinked his eyes open and sat up from the floor of his room. There were empty instant ramen cups everywhere and bottles of Soju half emptied with its contents spilled on the floor.

“Hey you! Cho Kyuhyun… you’re playing late again last night didn’t you…aish such a stubborn boy… I don’t know why your room is like this Kyu… it isn’t like you, you don’t drink nor smoke now it’s really dreadful… and your beautiful window is closed with dark curtains all over it… what happen Kyu?” the chime like voice asked Kyuhyun but Kyuhyun didn’t answer. His head ached from the hangover.

“it’s really cold now... open your heater…” the voice said in a sadder tone. Kyuhyun stood up slightly staggering due to lack of balance. The alcohol on his system is still there, he held on the bed pole as he gained his composure and walked towards the bathroom. Kyuhyun let the water from the cold shower run through his body staring blankly off the ceiling, after a few minutes, making sure that he can walk normally now he walked out of the shower without bothering to dry his hair he went out of the bathroom.

“kyuhyun… that sweater again? Please… don’t wear it anymore.” The voice pleaded at the black trousers and a white sweater lying on the bed.

Kyuhyun wore the sweater disobeying the voice that suggested him not to. Fixing up the loose ends then looking at the mirror. “I miss you so much…” he whispered for the first time. His sunken tired eyes are looking back at him in pity. A boy with a pretty blonde hair wearing the same patterned but pink sweater appeared beside him, the boy’s eyes arealso tired and his lips are pale, contrasting to his blonde hair his face is cold yet still emit such beauty.

“I know…” the boy whispered beside him. Kyuhyun smiled weakly, “Happy 5^th Anniversary….”

Sungmin answered crying his eyes out beside Kyuhyun. “I love you too.”

 Kyuhyun blinked, and the image beside him is gone he walked towards the door and opened it letting the cold air enveloped him again.
