Hard-Boiled Wonderland

Description

One-Shot. Sunggyu expects the afternoon of his day off to be the peaceful encounter with good reading and a warm blanket he needs so desperately. Chapter 1: did tsundere sunggyu active at this story's prologue? it feels like he rejected woohyun or that gyu's not at peace with the thought of a relationship with woohyun. it's almost sad, and you brought out correct emotions authornim! sunggyu looking for woohyun on a haste, not minding his attire in the cold, deducing where could woohyun have gone and finally finding him; then woohyun acknowledging his presence with a hug is just one huge consolation! it is a relief! thank you authornim!

Chapter 1: I like it. There are still unanswered questions but the main thing is that Sunggyu got to Woohyun in time. Nice fic!

Chapter 1: Wow this was really abstract (but yet clear and precise at parts (what am i even saying)). it was a good read anyways and though my first impression was that woohyun and sunggyu finally reconciled, i still have this feeling that woohyun is actually dead because of the cold hands he had that sunggyu couldn't give a reason for. that's just my take on this story though lol. thankyu for writing this^^

Chapter 1: Open-ending fiction? Wow… I love how you always leave something to readers’ imagination, so they can interpret the story based on their experiences and believes. Revealing everything is not fun, isn’t it? The vagueness is just nice. *dreamy sighs*

The narration about studio’s conditions tells us a lot about their relationship and states of mind, I guess.

I am still not sure that Sunggyu met an alive version of Woohyun, or he might be delusional about his lover’s presence, right? (No one knows except you, of course!)

Well, I used to like Haruki Murakami’s works a lot when I was during my teens. The strange and dreamy feels in his novels and short stories left me deep impression. I guess I have passed through that phase, but he is an amazing author and always will be. Anyway, I did not Read ‘Hard-boiled wonderland and the end of the world’ since I am not really that kind of story written by him. My favorite are ‘Sputnik Sweetheart,’ ‘South of the border, West of the sun,’ and ‘After the quake.’
