Triangle Love

 

“Eun-hee, where are you going?” I asked

I’m going to find, Dong-hae oppa.” Eun-hee said, smiling.

“Oh, okay then. Good luck! Hwaiting!”

“Thanks, Hye-min!”

 

Eun-hee went to find Dong-hae. She saw Dong-hae went inside the attic which is the place where we gather around playing games and doing our stuff together. She went inside the attic and walked towards Dong-hae and sat beside him.

“Hi, Dong-hae oppa.” Eun-hee greeted, smiling.

“Hey, Eun-hee, what’s up?” Dong-hae greeted, smiling.

“Nothing, are you free now?”

“Yup!”

“I want to tell you something.”

“Sure…”

“Erm…”

 

Eun-hee had a difficulty of expressing her feelings towards Dong-hae. A few minutes later, my brother Choi Si-won came up to the attic to get something but he saw Eun-hee and Dong-hae talking and he didn’t want to disturb them. So, he waited outside and listen to what they are talking. Suddenly, Eun-hee dashed out of the room. Her eyes were red as though as she is crying. Si-won was really angry with Dong-hae and decided to go inside the attic to punch Dong-hae on the face.

“What have you done to Eun-hee, Dong-hae hyung?” Si-won asked.

 “Nothing.” Dong-hae said.

 “Then, why is she crying?” Si-won asked, glaring at him

“She is crying because I rejected her. If I accept her she will be hurt when we break up. I’m in love with another girl and not her. I treat her as my little sister that’s all.” Dong-hae explained.

Si-won was really angry and he punched Dong-hae on the face.

 “What’s so special about the girl you like Dong-hae hyung?   Why can’t you accept Eun-hee? She is such a nice girl.” Si-won asked, continued punching Dong-hae. “You’ll regret for not having her, Dong-hae hyung. You’ll regret.” Si-won added.

 

Kyu-hyun came up and saw Si-won punching Si-won. He went and stopped them from fighting. “Hyungs, will you guys stop fighting?” Kyu-hyun asked.

“No, I’ll never forgive Dong-hae hyung anymore.” Si-won said, turning away.

“Si-won ah, I can see that you really care for Eun-hee. You love her right?”Dong-hae asked Si-won.

“BWOH?! I love her or not is none of your business.” Si-won shouted, blushing as red as a tomato.

“Haha…you can’t deny it. Your face shows it all.” Kyu-hyun said, smiling while pointing at Si-won’s face which was as red as a tomato.

“Si-won and Eun-hee sitting on the tree…”Dong-hae teased Si-won.

“K.I.S.S.I.N.G….” Kyu-hyun chimed in.

“First came date, then came marriage, then came a little baby in the carriage.” They both teased Si-won in unison.

“YAH!!!” Si-won took the pillows from the sofa and throw at them and both of them ran and hide themselves so that the pillows cannot get them.

Eun-hee was crying bitterly in my room like her boyfriend broke up with her. I asked her what was wrong but she didn’t want to tell. I comforted her and call her to tell everything gently.

“Dong……Dong….Dong….”Eun-hee stuttered, tears welled up her eyes again.

“Dong?” I asked.

“Dong….hae……oppa….”

“Dong-hae oppa, what?”

“Dong-hae oppa, rejected me.”

“BOEH?! HE REJECTED YOU?”

    “He said that he is not my Mr. Right.”

“BOEH?!”

“He said that he likes another girl and just treat me like a little sister.”

“How could he do this to you? I need to go and ask him properly.”

“Please, Hye-min don’t do it.”

“I’m just going to ask him, is not that I’m going to punch his face. Don’t worry, okay.”

“But….”

 

I never let Eun-hee finished talking and dashed straight to the attic. I saw Si-won, Dong-hae and Kyu-hyun. ‘Oh my gosh, Kyu-hyun is so cool. Yah…yah…yah….Choi Hye-min you are not here to see Kyu-hyun oppa but you are here to find Dong-hae oppa.’ I shaked away my thoughts.

“Erm…hey oppas” I said, smiling.

“Hey, Little Mint.”They said, smiling.

“YAH!!! I’m not little anymore. I’m already seventeen and you all are just older than me a year or two years or three years or four years.” I said, glaring at them.

“You are younger than us so we can call you little.” Si-won said while messing up my hair.

“Whatever…erm…can oppa and Kyu-hyun oppa leave the attic room for awhile. I need to had a private chat with Dong-hae oppa.” I said to them, smiling cheekily.

“Okay, whatever. Be my guest.” Si-won and Kyu-hyun said in unison still standing there.

“YAH!!!Why are you both still standing here? Go on, I need to talk to him. Understand the word “private”?”

“Anni!” they both shaked their heads.

“Urghh….” I said, pushing them out.

“Okay, okay. We get it.” They both went out.

“Hey, hyung, I think I want to stay outside the door and watch.” Kyu-hyun said.

“Yeah, me too.” Si-won said, smiling.

“Oppas! What are you both doing?” Eun-hee suddenly appeared.

“Eun-hee ah, why are you here?” They said in unison.

“I need to check on Hye-min, in case she said something dumb.”

“Okay, shh….they are talking now.” Kyu-hyun said, looking at the scene between Dong-hae and I.

I was sitting beside the teddy bears and I cuddled one of them. Dong-hae was standing up looking out of the window. “Tell me, why did you rejected Eun-hee, who was such a perfect girl?” I said, putting my hands onto my hips.

“I treat her as my little sister besides I like another girl. I just don’t want to hurt Eun-hee’s feelings so I think rejecting her is the best way.” He said, feeling sorry for Eun-hee.

“Well, guess what? You had already hurt her. Anyways, what is so great about the girl? Is she a supermodel? Is she a beauty queen? Oh…Goodness…” I said, glaring at him while walking left to right.

“She’s none of them.” He mummured.

Suddenly, he came and hugged me tightly. I was shocked.  “The girl that I liked is you, Choi Hye-min.” Dong-hae said, still hugging me.

I pushed him away. “You are kidding right. Haha…not funny. I can tell you that no guys even likes me. Besides, I can’t accept it because I want you to accept Eun-hee. She is my best friend and I don’t want her to be hurt.” I said looking at him.

“Hye-min! I really love you! It’s the truth. “ he said as he grabbed my hand.

“Let me go!” I shouted.

Si-won and Kyu-hyun dashed in and called Dong-hae to let me go. I saw Eun-hee outside smiling at and she came in.

“Hye-min, you can accept him if you want. I don’t mind.” Eun-hee said, smiling with her eyes close.

“Are you crazy, Eun-hee? I can’t accept him too…because…”

“Because?” Si-won asked me.

“Because….I like another guy. I treat Dong-hae oppa as a brother not more than that.” I said.

“So, who is the guy?” Si-won grabbed a hold of me, acting just like a busybody.

“I like a guy but I don’t know the guy likes me or not.” I said, looking at Kyu-hyun but quickly turned away.

“Tell me! Tell me! Who is it, Hye-min?” Dong-hae asked, as his heart was broken into pieces.

“It’s a…secret…Can’t tell.” I said, blushing.

Eun-hee saw me blushing as red as a tomato. Kyu-hyun looked at me one kind and he thinks that I’m weird.

“Come on, little sis, tell me.” Si-won said, starting to tickle me.  I started to laughed and laughed. I can’t stand it anymore.

“Oppa….haha….stop it!!!....haha….the person that I like is….haha…stop it.” I said, still laughing.

“The person you like is….quick tell us.” Si-won urged me to tell.

“The person I like is ….from Super Junior group but I cannot tell it out. It’s totally embarrassing.” I said, shaking my head as I blushed.

“Okay, let’s see! It couldn’t be Dong-hae hyung and I” Si-won said.

“Then, it is either me or the other hyungs in Super Junior.” Kyu-hyun said.

“Ah….I can’t take it anymore.” I said, running out and went into my room.

“YAH!!! Who is it.” Three of the guys said in unison.

Eun-hee went into my room. “Come on, Hye-min, tell me. Who do you like? Since the guys aren’t here. I promise I won’t tell anyone.” Eun-hee asked me, sitting beside me on my bed.

“Promise.”

“Cross my heart and hope to die.”

“Alright! I trust you, Eun-hee. The person I like is your oppa, Kyu-hyun.” I said, blushing again.

“BEOH?! KYU-HYUN OPPA?” 

“Shh….Eun-hee….not too loud.”

“KYU-HYUN?” Si-won said as he was eavesdropping with Kyu-hyun and Dong-hae.

“BEOH?! Little Mint likes me? Am I dreaming?” Kyu-hyun said.

Si-won saw Kyu-hyun’s face turned red like as if he has eaten a hot chilli. Si-won hitted Kyu-hyun’s head.

“YAH!!! What was that for?” Kyu-hyun asked, rubbing his head.

“To make you realized that you are not dreaming. Ho…ho..ho…somebody is in love with my little sister secretly. What a waste he doesn’t even want to confess his feelings towards her.” Si-won said, smiling cheekily.

“BUSHEO? You are in love with my sister too. Why didn’t you confess your feelings towards her.” Kyu-hyun said, still blushing.

“Hey, want to have a bet. See who is the one who is the one who chicken out during out confession. Okay?” Si-won suggested.

“Okay, it’s a deal.” Kyu-hyun said.

“Oh, will you guys just shut up? I’m trying to listen here.” Dong-hae said, getting annoyed with their behaviour.

“Alright! Alright!” Kyu-hyun and Si-won said in unison.

“Eun-hee, erm…actually, erm….” I said and paused for a second.

“Actually what?” she asked, wanting to know.

“Actually my brother, Si-won likes you.”

“Really? Are you sure?”

“Yup! He told me. Don’t tell him, I tell you okay!”

“Okay, my lips are sealed.”

 

Eun-hee and I were chattering with lots of fun. We talked about out secrets to each other without noticing that our brothers are outside eavesdropping.

“Choi Hye-min, you are going to be so busted.” Si-won muttered.

“Kyu-hyun ah, you better take care of Hye-min properly if you hurt her feelings I’m not going to let you go.” Dong-hae replied.

“Dong-hae hyung, don’t worry about it, I’ll take care of her.” Kyu-hyun said, smiling.

Eun-hee and I opened the door to get something to eat and three of them fall to the ground as we opened the door.

“YAH!!! What are you guys doing out here?” Eun-hee and I said in unison, with our hands on our hips.

“Nothing, we just come along.” Dong-hae said, scratching his head.

“Oh-no, I think they heard it from the beginning to the end. I’m so busted.” I said, blushing and I covered my eyes.

“Yup, you are so busted why did you betray me, Choi Hye-min?” Si-won said making a fierce look.

“Bianne, I didn’t mean to.” I said, running around and hiding at the back of Kyu-hyun.

Si-won tried to catch me but Kyu-hyun protected me.

“Come on, Si-won hyung, cut the crap, okay! You are scaring Little Mint, okay.” Kyu-hyun said, smiling at him.

“Yeah, cut the crap, Choi Si-won.” I stucked out my tongue.

“Aish….you little brat. I’m just joking, pabo. I really want to thank you for helping me.” Si-won said, messing up my hair.

Si-won pulled Eun-hee to somewhere while Dong-hae went away to meet other Super Junior members. Now the only ones left is Kyu-hyun and me. I felt my heart beating very fast and I don’t even know why. Is this called love? I’m really confused now.

“Hye-min ah!” Kyu-hyun called.

“Uweh?” I said, blushing.

“Sarangheyo.”

“Eh?”

“I said it. The first time I met you. I’ve already fell in love with you.”

 

I was really shocked. Am I dreaming or am I really sick.

“Kyu-hyun oppa, don’t make me laugh. You liked me? Or you just have a bet with Super Junior. Well, I’m not going to fall for that this time.” I hitted him hardly, laughing non-stop.

Kyu-hyun almost fall off. ‘Why is this girl so hard to get what I mean? She thinks this is a joke.’ Kyu-hyun said to himself. He pulled my arm and looked into my eyes. His face was really serious and my heart start to beat faster.

 

“I’m in love with you, Hye-min. Why did you find it so hard to believe?” Kyu-hyun asked.

“Kyu-hyun oppa, are you sick. Did you eat the wrong medicine? No I better go and check.” I said, turned away to go to the kitchen to check the medicines that he eat.

Before I could go, he pulled me and hugged me and I felt myself floating in the air.

 “I’m serious Hye-min. I really like you from the start. I just can’t opened my mouth to express my feelings towards you.” Kyu-hyun said while my hair.

“Stop kidding, Kyu-hyun. I’m not the kind of girl that you like. I’m just a plain and ordinary girl. Why would you a superstar like me?” I said, pushing him gently away.

“Aish, what do I need to do to make you believe?” Kyu-hyun said, looking another way.

Suddenly, he cupped his hand on my cheeks and kiss me passionately. It was so warm and very sweet. That was my first kiss. This is totally a sweet dream in my life but it is real. Kyu-hyun kissed me. I can’t believe it. We pulled off gently looking at each other’s eyes and smiling shyly.

“Si-won oppa, since when you like me?” Eun-hee asked, smiling as Si-won and her walking around the garden full with beautiful flowers. Si-won plucked a beautiful white rose and started reciting “Sonnet 18” by William Shakespeare making an expression that makes Eun-hee laughed until her tears of happiness rolled down to her cheeks.

“Haha…you seriously can be a poet, Si-won oppa.” Eun-hee said, laughing.

  “Oh really, but I’m a gesture man.” Si-won said, started to make funny gestures. Eun-hee hits him playfully and tell him to stop making those funny gestures of his. Eun-hee couldn’t stop laughing and laughing.

Afterthat, he hugged her very tightly and started expressing feelings towards her. “Your beauty will not fade eventhough you are an old lady. I will still love you forever and ever.”Si-won said.

“Oh…that’s so sweet.” Eun-hee said, smiling.

“Does that mean you can be my girlfriend?” he asked excitedly.

“I never said that.”

“Jo Eun-hee, I’m going to take that as a yes.”

“Whatever, as you wish.”

Si-won ran and catch Eun-hee. Both of them fall to the grass and their lips were inches apart. Si-won was about to kiss Eun-hee.

“Hey, guys. Come on, let’s go and see the stars.” I suggested, waving at Si-won and Eun-hee.

‘That evil little sister wait till I get my hands on you.’ Si-won groaned.

“Coming.” Eun hee and Si-won cried in unison, running towards me and Kyu-hyun. 

“Look! A wishing star. Everyone make a wish.” Eun-hee said, closing her eyes and wish.

I closed my eyes and wish that Dong-hae and the rest of the Super Junior members will be happy always. Hope our friendship will remain and also my first love to remain too. Right now, I had my Prince Charming that cares for me and so do Eun-hee. I wish that Eun-hee will accept Si-won. Phew…finally my dreams became a reality.
