MINA'S POV
It was already dark when we finished. I was also very tired and hungry. "Taemin, thank you for helping me", I said to him. We're walking out of the school now. The night is so perfect since I'm with Lee Taemin.
"Don't mention it", answered Taemin.
We took the bus and because it was full we had no choice but to stand. It only took 20 minutes and I had to get off already, Taemin's house is farther. I thanked him again before I got off the bus. Just as the bus started to go, it started raining. I had to run I know a short cut so I can get home sooner just when I was about to take the turn someone grab my hand.
TAEMIN'S POV
I felt sorry somehow for Mina she looked so tired and there was not a seat available in the bus. After 20 minutes she said goodbye and got off. Just as she left heavy rain started to pour. I wanted to go home as soon as possible but somehow I kept on thinking of Mina walking home alone under the rain. So I decided to get off the bus and ran after her. When I caught up with her I grab her hand right away to stop her. "sorry if I scared you", I told her, I took of my jacket and covered her head with it. She might be too surprised to even say something. She has this funny look on her face and I couldn't help but smile at her. "Come on, let's get you home".

Taemin continued to hold Mina's hand while they ran. Mina felt cold because of the rain but Taemin's hand felt so warm. She hadn't spoken a word to him until reached her house. The gate was open and both Taemin and her went inside. Mina knocked and knocked but no one answered. She got the spare key under a pot and opened their house.
"I'll get you a towel", she said and went upstairs. Mina doesn't know where her mom was she saw a note posted on the door of her room. It was from her mom, she went to her sister's house and would not be back until tomorrow. Her mom tried to contact her earlier but her phone was off, the battery was empty. Her dad left yesterday for a business trip in China and that would mean she'd be alone here tonight. After getting the towel and some old clothes of her dad she came back to the living room. Taemin was still standing where she left him.
"Sorry I took so long", Mina said and handed Taemin the towel. "You can change into this after, it's my dad's". Taemin just nodded and took the clothes. He went into the bathroom to change.
While Taemin was changing Mina went into the kitchen to check what they can eat for dinner. Luckily her mom already left food for her and she just had to reheat it. When Taemin had finished changing he went directly to the kitchen.
"You should eat first before you go", said Mina now preparing the table.
"Where are your parents?", Taemin asked and took a seat.
"My dad went to China while my mon went to my aunt's house and would not come back 'till tomorrow", answered Mina. She also sat across Taemin. "let's eat". While they were eating Taemin's mom called. She was worried since Taemin sent her a message earlier that he'd be home for dinner. Taemin explained what happened and where he is, he should have left the part that Mina's parents are out 'cause her mom told him to just stay there for the night so Mina would not be alone. Her mom continued to nag when he started to argue and he was so hungry he just agreed so he can continue eating.
"Is she angry you haven't come home yet?", Mina asked after Taemin hung up.
"No that's not it she's actually suggesting I sleep here for tonight", said Taemin.
Mina almost choked. "What? Why?"
"I told her you'd be alone since your parents went somewhere then she told me a girl like you shouldn't be alone cause it's dangerous", Taemin explained. "she even threatened me that she'd throw my manga collection if I come home tonight, and cut my allowance for a month".
"She's really not gonna do that, right?", Mina said after a while.
"Knowing my mom, she will if she says so. Sorry but I need to stay here.", answered Taemin. The house phone ran and Mna went to answer it. Taemin knew that it was his mom checking if he was still there he can't really escape now.
TAEMIN'S POV
Mina insisted to clean and wash the dishes after we eat. She told me they only have two rooms in the house. We went upstairs after and I convinced her to let me sleep in her room. She was reluctant at first but it was not difficult to convince her. Luckily there's no class tomorrow she took her laptop and some books and went to her parent's room. I did not sleep right away. Her room is smaller compared to mine. While my room is full of CD and DVD and mangas, hers is full of books, pillows, stuff toys and all kinds of pink stuff. On her study table I found a picture of her when she was little, maybe about six or seven years old. She was not alone in the picture, she was with me. I can't even remember when and where it was taken. why is she keeping it here?
MINA'S POV
I can't even believe I let him sleep in my room. I didn't know why he wanted to sleep there. Taemin is weird sometimes. Would he be comfortable in my room? Gosh, he'd be using my pillows, and my blanket and my bed! Ok, I got to stop now or I might go crazy! I totally forgot the picture! I hope he won't noticeit and just sleep right away.
