Taemin was already waiting at the school gate. He always make sure he's earlier than Mina.
"good morning", Mina greeted Taemin.
"morning, slept well?', Taemin asked. It was almost natural for them to hold hands now. Has it been just three days? Taemin carried Mina books. "you've read all of these?"
"yes. i need to return them to the library later", answered Mina. They had reached her classroom. Her classmates would always watch them.
"see you at lunc", Taemin said then turned to leave.
"wait, i have something for you", Mina said before Taemin leaves. She took a little box from her bag.
"oh your mom wants me to give this to my mom", Taemin said knowingly.
"no, well...you see, i made that", Mina said blushing. "for you..."
"really?", Taemin smiled. "thanks". Just then Key and Jonghyun arrived.
"hey what's that", Jonghyun asked interested in the tiny box Taemin is holding.
"a gift from Mina", said Taemin.
"wow open it", Key said excited. Taemin wanted to open it later but Key was insistent. The box contained dark chocolates but instead of looking happy Taemin actually looked sad when he saw the chocolates.
"is something wrong?", Mina asked.
"no! ah, i need to go to class now", answered Taemn then he left them. Mina looked at Key and Jonghyun confused.
"ah, he's actually not that fond of chocolates. it kinda reminds him of - ", Key was cut off by Jonghyun.
"don't mind him", Jonghyun said. Yuri arrived running.
"yes i made it!", she said. "i thought i'd be late", Yuri said gasping for air after. "what's up?". The bell rang and they had to go inside their rooms.
LUNCH TIME
When Mina and Yuri arrived at the cafeteria Taemin was not there only his hyungs.
"he'll be here in a minute!", said Onew. "let's eat first
Mina was silent while the others were busy discussing sports. Even Minho who was actually does not talk that much is now in an argument with Key and Yuri. They were just talking about football and the next thing she knew a debate had started. It was Yuri and Key versus Minho and Jonghyun. Onew was acting as moderator.
"what do you know anyway?", Jonghyun said to Yuri.
"oh I know a lot! i've been a fan since i was 6 years old!", Yuri countered. Mina knows how Yuri likes football sometimes it's the only thing she talks about. Apparently Key and Yuri has the same favorite team and so does Jonghyun and MInho.
"hey, what's happening?", Taemin appeared out of no where. The four of them stopped talking at once noticing the other students staring at them.
"ah we were just discussing something", Key was the one who answered. "where have you been anyway?"
"i was just thre, uhm..somewhere. I'm hungry", Taemin said avoiding Key's gaze.
It was a good thing Taemin came because the other four had stopped arguing about football but Mina can still sense the tension between Jonghyun and Yuri. Do they love football that much?
"Hey, it's your 3rd day today you should go on a date or something", Onew said. "why don't you watch a movie later".
Mina looked at Taemin. "sure", he said after a moment. "you won't be doing anything later after class, right?". Mina just shook her head.
"there are a lot of great movies. why don't we all go see a movie?", Key said. Jonghyun wanted to say no but Key kicked him under the table. "what do you think?", Key continued to ask the others.
"well that would be fun", said Onew. The others had all agreed.

After the class all of them met at the school gate. Onew and Jonghyun brought their cars. Minho was already inside the car with Onew. Key was with Jonghyun. Taemin is leaning on Onew's car waiting for Mina and Yuri. Key insisted Yuri joined them so Taemin and Mina rode with Onew and Minho.
"seems like Key found a new friend", Onew said. "i hope they don't start arguing with Jonghyun about football again".
MALL
"let's watch horror!", Key said.
"no, action movie is better", Jonghyun said.
"i think comedy is good", said Minho.
"let's just watch the sci-fi film. I heard it 's cool", said Yuri.
"i don't know but I heard the new movie about the world war II survivors is great", Onew said.
"why don't we let Mina choose", Taemin said. All eyes turned to Mina. This must be the most difficult decision she'd ever had to make.
"well...let's just try the horror film", Mina told them. They were not expecting that answer Key was actually just joking when he said he wanted to watch the horror fil. Yuri was giving Mina the I'm-your-best-friend-you-should-side-with-me look.
"ok! I'll buy the tickets!", Taemin said right away before any of them can say anything!

INSIDE THE CINEMA
They were already seated. Taemin was beside Mina then Key, Onew, Minho, Yuri and Jonghyun. Only a few people are in the cinema with them.
ONEW'S POV
I don't know why Mina picked this out of all the movies. I thought she'd pick the one I chose.
KEY'S POV
What am I doing here? I'm not really comfortable watching films like this. I may have nightmares later. Why did I suggest we go with them anyway?
YURI'S POV
Is this Mina's way of punishing us for breaking her eardrums earlier and spoiling their date. Why did I come here? And how did I end up sitting besides this jerk Jonghyun.
JONGHYUN'S POV
I hope this won't be that scary. It would be ok screaming if this annoying girl is not here with us. Mina sure is weird. I though she'd go with Minho's choice.
MINA'S POV
Taemin is not his usual self, I can feel it even though he won't say a thing. The film had stayed but I was too busy minding Taemin that I don't really know what was happening. Could it be that he remembered someone or something when he saw the chocolates I gave him? Right, that's maybe the reason he acted weird after. Why did I have to give that to him!
TAEMIN'S POV
I was surprised when Mina chose this movie. My hyungs would regret coming with us. I glanced at them and noticed that Minho hyung was already sleeping. Onew hyung is now having a tug of war with the popcorn with Key hyung who was using it as a shield whenever a scary scene is shown. Mina was just silently watching the film then one covered her face with both of her hands.
"hey, are you scared?", I asked Mina. She seemed to have forgotten she's not alone.
"huy? no, I'm not", she answered but did not look at me. Why do I get the feeling she's not telling me something.
"you can scream if you're scared, that's more better", I told Mina. Girls are scared of horror films, right? I mean normally girls would scream their lungs out when watching horror fils. "hey, take my hand". Mina just look at my hand so I ended up taking her hand isntaed. "see you hands are cold already. there's no need for you to worry, it's just a film".
"yeah, i know. I'm not scared", Mina said.
"really come on Mina I'm not gonna tease you if you shriek here. You don't have to be compose all the time you know", I told her.
"really Taemin I'm not scared of this film. If I am then i would not have chosen this", Mina answered. "Guys are more scared in this than girls. They're just don't wanna show it".
"of course not. we don't scream just because of a silly horror movie", I said just as my three hyungs screamed like a crazy fan girl and Jonghyun hyung screamed the loudest. CRAP! "well, ok you win". Mina and I ended up laughing.
"hey, we're not watching comedy here you know", Key hyung said to us.
After the movie we decided to go home. "Remind us not to go to the movies again with your girlfriend", Key hyung said.
"ok guys, time to go home", Onew said clearly wanting to get out of the mall as soon as possible. "who would go with me?", he asked when we reached the parking lot.
"me, i'm sleepy", Minho hyung said getting in the car already.
"is he serious? he slept all throughout the film!", Key said.
"you know him, sleeping is his hobby", Onew said smiling. Key decided to to with Onew hyung too. That leaves me, Mina, Yuri and Jonghyun hyung. "hey, both of you take the bus", Onew hyung commanded before they left.
"what?! why!!!", I asked him.
"well....", he's trying to make an excuse. "just because i said so. Jonghyun you take Yuri home", then he drove away.
"sorry Taemin", Jonghyun told me. "are you coming?", he asked Yuri. She looks like she'd rather walk home than be with Jonghyun. What's up with those two?"
MINA'S POV
Jonghyun left with Yuri. Taemin and I walked towards the bus stop. "sorry about this", I heard him say. "we can take a taxi."
I prefer the bus though, it's a longer ride than the taxi. Taemin decided we take a taxi. We did not talk, keeping out thoughts to ourselves. I was not even aware that we'd reach my home already 'til Taemin opened the car door for me.
"thanks", I said to him.
"they were delicious", he told me. Is he referring to the chocolates? "thank you".
"i had fun making them" I said.
"well i had fun today", he said. "did you enjoy the movie?" I just nodded. "hey listen, we need to go on a date tomorrow. a real date".
"what?!?", I asked. Did he just tell me to go on a date with him?
"do you have other plans? actually Onew hyung told me we have to. Everything's prepared, he said we'll go to the amusement part", Taemin said. "Onew hyung said it's part of the plan, other couples are going too". He means the other couple at the auction.
Might as well make the best out of this. We only have 4 days and we'll be back to normal. No more holding hands no more lunch together and no more going home together.
"sure, why not", I said.
Taemin smiled "I'll see you tomorrow then", He got inside the taxi and left.
