An angel’s wings are more important to them than their own lives. They hold powers in them with the ability to do many things such as healing an injury, accelerating the growth of any organism, and could even resurrect a person from the dead.

That is why no angel wants to lose their wings. They are created with the burden of caring for such a powerful thing. They cannot allow their wings to disappear because they may be needed in the future for higher purposes.

Kris knew this fact very well. He took every precaution to avoid losing his wings. He avoided glimpsing at the human world unlike his friend Suho who had enjoyed observing humans and had eventually fallen in love with one.

One day, however, Kris woke up in the very world he had tried so hard to avoid.
