Prologue

"Wow~ Sica, sica, look! It's snowing!" the seven year old girl told her companion, Sica.

"I know, Mi Young. I'm not blind" she replied coldly. Although deep inside she says different.

"You know, Sica, you're an ice princess" Mi Young stuck out her tongue at the other kid, who is, despite the coldness, blushing.

"Sh-shut up!" the mushroom girl giggled. But stopped when she saw the blonde running towards her "Kyaa~" she ran away from the 'princess'. No one wants to feel the wrath of her. But she didn't see the small stone ahead of her, that she tripped. Luckily, she was caught by the pile of snow. Sica still ran towards her, but for a different reason.

"Mi Young!" she crouched beside her, face full of concern. Mi Young rose to her feet with a frown that made Sica more worried. She also stood up, and patted Mi Young's head "You okay?"

But her frown instantly turned to a grin, then once more, stuck out her tongue and ran away.

"Wha- Hey! I told you not to run!" But despite her warning, still went after the other, giggling, for once again, their first snow is together.

The young boy looked out the window, and sighed. He hugged himself for warmth, but to no avail.

"Hyukkie... Let's go outside" The other boy in the room suggested and sat next to him with two cups of milk.

"I don't want to Donghae. How many times do we have to have this conversation?" he took a cup from him.

"But... I'm sure you'll enjoy if you try. You're just too scared, that's why" he teased, with a smirk on that handsome face.

"I'm not scared! It's just that... uhmm... Yeah! If it's cold here, it's surely colder outside!"

"Excuses~" they both sat in silent. And will sometimes took a sip from their cups. Donghae got impatient. He laid his cup on the floor they're sitting at, and pulled Hyukkie's wrist. Hyukkie was fast enough to also lay his cup before standing up.

"What?" before another word come out from him, Donghae carried him, bridal style and went outside.

"I'm telling you, you'll enjoy this" he said while chuckling.

"Donghae, let go of me!" he can not be taken seriously, especially now when his face is so red.

"Oh really?"

"Sica..." the big-eyed girl is making a snowman, quite enjoying it. Mi Young took this chance to hug the girl from behind. "Thank you. For always being with me. And for always watching after me"

"That's my job, pabo"

She giggled. Sica surely loves denying. "Well, I still want to thank you" the blonde struggled out of her hold and faced her.

"You don't have to. It's my job. And... don't worry. I'll never stop protecting you" she said a little boldly for her that she is also blushing. Mi Young, again, giggled. She held out her hand and her little finger.

"Then it's a promise. We'll be together forever" although reluctant, Sica sealed their promise with her pinky.

"See? Despite the cold, it's actually a warm feeling for others" Donghae commented. He and Hyukkie are sitting at a bench. Their hands intertwined, and heads leaning against each other to share a scarf.

"What do you mean?" Hyukkie, always the naive one, asked.

"Well... Let's just say that it has a benefit" Donghae, despite being himself, blushed.

"But you know how my body has always been weak. I'm not like you or Sica. So I can't stay out here" He stood up, about to leave, but Donghae grabbed his arm. "I'm going back to the orphanage"

"Hey wait!" he also rose to his feet. "I know this is cheesy, but, if you are cold" he scratched his head "I can always be your source of warmth" saying he's blushing is an understatement, 'cause now, his face is as red as a tomato.

"Okay" Hyukkie gave him a smile "Then you'll be my jacket forever"

Donghae grinned like mad, and wrapped his arm around Hyukkie's shoulder. Both of them started to walk "Forever it is then"

I'm not a Eunhae fan. But since my friend asked me to post a story already in LJ, okay :) And she's a big Eunhae fan (that she hates my Jessica. LOL), so I guess I should make a Eunhae fic. But that isn't enough for me. I just had to put Jessica XD So here it is. Please tell me what you think :)
